I was standing by products looking for assistance for 10 mins and no one helped as they were clumped together talking. Then when I did get assistance I was met with “uhh I don’t know” and unhelpful information. Then a wee later passes and I’m picking up my item I’m told it isn’t ready yet when I specifically asked the person who helped me what time should I come and he said “anytime.” Get these incompetent teens out of here.

I have never experienced poor customer service until I entered this location. It seemed like they were competing to be the worst. Waiting in line just for the person to walk away and help someone else. The manager assisting everyone that walked in but not the people already in the store. I only purchased the computer because my son needed it, if I had more time I would have relocated to another store.

Store full of employees ignored me until time to check out. I had to pester someone to get pointed to a department with no offer to help find what I wanted or answer questions about products. Stood around for several minutes failing to find a helpful employee. But they had the time to ask me several irrelevant questions at checkout, beg for me to give them more money, and pester me on the way out the door wasting my time trying to verify my purchase, as if that’s my responsibility and they hadn’t just watched me pay and have the theft prevention device removed from my purchase. Also refused a bag saying they charge but didn’t offer one as part of the 6 questions they asked before completing my purchase.
