How long until this dumpster fire goes out of business. They just HAPPILY refunded money for AirPods that are IN STOCK - wow. Customer service at its best! 😂😂😂😂
Such poor customer service. I purchased a $150 PS5 controller, I wasn't allowed to touch it myself they had to take it up front for me, I had to wait for an employee to escort it up front, which took a while. I felt like they thought I was going to steal it. Once I got the controller paid for it I was still stopped at the door, like serious. I wouldn't recommend this store, they place stopping thief over customer service

Stephanie was Awesome! I went to get a new Dyson vacuum cleaner and she waited for me while i looked for a cheaper price online. I found the same the same machine on amazon for $100 less and she matched the price. Thanks Steph!!!
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with in my life. They do not have a proper way to communicate via phone to reach a manager or somebody of higher authority. When you email the company leaders you do not receive. response back. my dishwasher is barely 4 years old and needs hundreds of dollars of repairs or purchasing a brand new one. Best Buy has lost a loyal customer with how I was treating from beginning to end of my process. Save your money time and a future headache buy appliances from other stores.
