How do I check product availability at the Towson Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I pre-ordered Assassin’s Creed Shadows for pick up from this store and they don’t have any inventory. It is available at every other store in the are but not the Towson location. I can’t actually speak to anyone on the phone in the actual store to find out what happened and corporate is giving me the run around. I have been a loyal customer to Best Buy for years but I probably will never shop there again (definitely not at this store). Massive disappointment. They should be ashamed.

Some orders may be cancelled causing inventory to become available at stores. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and some delays can occur depending on the truck being checked in.
