There were numerous associates but for some reason only one was available to assist in the computer section. Very long wait and even when it was my turn I ended up having to wait 20 minutes following asking a few of my questions for the 1 associate to help the next person before finally getting rung up. I probably would have purchased more if I felt like my questions and purchase mattered. Very disappointing experience... For once in recent times I decide to go into a store rather than give Amazon my money and booooo! Womp womp 🫤

Staff acts like they are doing you a favor. It is rude for Staff to converse and joke around while customers watch. The manager sent me to another store so she did not have to honor Warranty on her books.
