What an amazing lack of costumer service

Purchased Insignia freezer for garage March 2023. When it arrived there was a problem so they took it away and a few days later i received another one. Today, July 2025 I go to the freezer and all my food is spoiled, freezer not working. I call Best Buy, of course they tell me (Jose) that the manufacturer warranty has expired so he tells me he will check to see when they can send someone to repair, he comes back and tells me that they do not have anyone for weeks that could come and proceeds to tell me that I should find a service repair person myself. Totally disgusted with them. This is their product and they do not stand behind it. I have done a lot of business with them in the past, they will not get a dollar from me again. This is the first time I have posted anything, this tells you my disgust. I am the customer and I keep you in business with my money which you will not get again. No one cares about customer service/satisfaction anymore.
Keith is simply the best. He made my Friday great. He is very knowledgeable about the products, honest and a very kind man. Give this man a raise as he will make ant customer come back.
