How do I check product availability at the Waldorf Best Buy?

My husband bought me a drone for an anniversary gift on 4/20 (Contixco F28) however it is not compatible with IOS. I went to exchange this item for the DJI drone instead since I have The DJI osmo pocket. Unfortunately I did Not have the receipt since this item was a gift and my husband used tap to pay. The manager T. Law denied the exchange even though it is clearly listed on Best Buy’s website that both a no receipt return and a gift return are options. He even went so far as to say that if I was a customer that he knew he would have exchanged the item which is highly offensive especially since I’ve purchased SEVERAL items from this location. Now I am stuck with a $200 paperweight. I have already filed a claim with the BBB
