Scheduled a Geek Squad appointment to fix my phone. Showed up to the appointment and no one showed up to work.
I asked someone and she just told me no one is here to help me. She said they should have called me but I didn’t receive a call because my phone is broken! Obviously! I didn’t get an email notification or anything to tell me that they weren’t going to be here! I paid money to get here! For nothing.
Truly disappointed and shocked. No one showed up for work.

I went to buy a cable for my TV, I asked 3 people for help, and one told me I'll send someone to help you, that person never came and the other two didn't want to help me, they just looked at me, I speak English and I realized that the reason is because of all the racism that exists and the people who didn't show it are now making themselves known. A customer is served no matter where they are from or what color they are, an employee must give the best in customer service. But I will not return to that store. (WALDORF STORE)

Easy to navigate and found what I needed went to store to purchase!
Frustrated how rude the staff was at customer service. I had a defective product and was a few days after return period. No help, no assistance. Because I didn’t buy their warranty I was shit out of luck and they told me to contact the manufacturer which we all know is a multi month process if I can even contact them correct in the first place. Go else where if you care about how people treat you.
