How do I check product availability at the Waldorf Best Buy?

Best buy called center.
Purchased a freezer garage and it blow out all electrical in garage and the garage freezer went out as well.
Call Waldorf best buy they referal me to the call service and this garage freezer is only 3 months old. The service center want to fix what can not be fixed and want givee a store credit in which garage freezer cost 500.00 dollars.
Service center don't want to pickup freezer all electrical is gone
And so I give service center a one non English speaking of 6 different individuals kept passing me along.
It shouldn't matter if I do not have an extended warranty the freezer is 3 months old.
Also will contact CEO of Best buy Ms Corie Barry and the owner of Best buy to let them know that call center refusing to give a store credit and want to fix a garage freezer that has blow all electrical wires in our garage and freezer wires are dead.
I give call center and Best buy a one and not taking it back.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. The store has washer & dryer sets but for some reason mostly washers on the floor? When I expressed this to a worker he kept telling me "we can get you the dryer". I'm not in the business of buying things I can't see and the employee for some reason could not comprehend that.
