On 6/13/26 I stopped by Best Buy in Waldorf to purchase a replacement gaming monitor. The sales person (Reggie) was so professional and helpful. His mannerisms were outstanding and he was very professional. I want to thank Reggie for his assistance and let management know that they have an outstanding sales person working at Best Buy. We came into the store and were wondering needing help. Octavia spotted us and reached out with a smile was open to help even though it was time for her to leave. The staff here are very nice. I visit often. The staff member showed me how to save my rewards to my profile. However, I often find it difficult to find assistance when looking for things in the store. I have to always search for a sales associate. It can be quite frustrating.
