⭐ If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I have to be completely honest about the service I received at the Waldorf Best Buy / Geek Squad. I’ve been to numerous Best Buy locations over the years and never had an issue—until this one.
I purchased a car radio on Black Friday and was told I needed to schedule a consultation first, and then I could come back later to add installation. That information turned out to be completely false. When I returned, they told me the only way to proceed was to return the radio, repurchase it at full price, and then add installation. Absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, the installers were extremely unprofessional—over-talking me, cutting me off, and not allowing me to explain anything. The lack of respect and basic customer service was surprising, especially from a company as large as Best Buy.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Best Buy, and I will not be returning to this location.
Had a terrible experience at this Waldorf Best Buy store. Terrible customer service. Check your receipts if you buy something here. Prices not ringing up as labeled or advertised.
