It was 3 times as many staff in the store and they never bothered to ask if we or 2 other families needed help and when I asked for help they said they would call for someone. 10 minutes later I left. People say why go to VA, well atleast they help you if only to get you out the store.

Waldorf MD BestBuy. ****BestBuy has the tv****
We are doing renovations and we did not get a chance to open the tv until a day later. I included that fact because we were told that we should have opened the TV box within 24hrs of purchase. (We were not told that at the time of purchase.) When I spoke with the BestBuy company on the phone that was not the case.
When we opened and went to hang the tv, I noticed what I thought was wrinkles in the protective film on the bottom left (as you look at the tv). We hung the tv and on closer inspection I realized that the tv screen itself was cracked as I lifted that corner of film. We stopped and removed it from the mount, put it back in the bottom styrofoam support, we re-boxed it and took it back to Best Buy.
As we spoke with them (the manager and asst), they said there was damage to the top of the TV and kept telling me that there were finger prints on the TV's film. My question was/is 'how do you pick up something without using your fingers'. (At my house) I saw only the damage on the bottom left of the TV, where I lifted some of the film to check it. I don't know where that top damage came from. I do know when they demonstrated how to take the TV out of the box, they did not follow the manufacturers instructions, that is printed on the box. They did the exact opposite. How can they tell me what and how I did when they do it incorrectly.
While we were in conversation with the manager and asst manager. Another customer stepped up and said the same thing happened to her with a Samsung TV.
I want a refund

My son received a gaming pc as a gift. It was defective. There was something wrong with the built in graphics card. I contacted the giver. They sent me a return request. They sent me a gift receipt. When I went to Best Buy they were closed. I brought it the next morning and even though the return was initiated online the day it needed to be returned by, they would not even exchange or give a store credit. I do not recommend making major purchases from Best Buy. The giver told me they spent over $750 on the item. The honorable thing for Best Buy to do would have been to honor the return that was initiated online and find a way to do it considering it was a gift. Highly disappointed and you would be better off shopping at Costco for electronics.

The whole meal was absolutely flavorless and a waste of money. I feel like I got robbed of how bland the food was. The fries were little to none and the burrito wasn’t even in the form of a burrito but more of a wrap. The chicken tasted like it was brought out the microwave and heated up….. was absolutely terrible this whole meal
