Always a great experience at the Waldorf location.
I bought a TV, it wasn't in stock in store so they said they could ship it to my home in 2 days, by Wednesday. Following tracking information, I saw it was being shipped from California. It never arrived. Saturday, I returned to the store, where they discovered it was shipped to an incorrect address in California and was no longer in stock. The manager attempted to correct it offering me a more expensive in-stock more tv. They stated I could buy the new TV as my refund should be received by Wednesday. Not only didnt they deliver, they were unapologetic by asking me for more money to solve their issue. Best Buy will steal your time and money. But the workers are nice.

Came in for a phone case, they had no pixel cases, only iphone and Samsung. Which is crazy because they literally sell the pixel phones. That display was also a mess! Half the phone were missing or not even working.
I Purchased a 85" TV from Best Buy Waldorf and I negotiated a free installation with their Geek Squad. The night before the installation a Geek Squad installer called me with the time window and preceded to ask me questions about where the TV is being installed. The TV was going to be installed over my electrical fireplace. I was then told there would be a $129.00 for over a fireplace installation. I immediately called Geek Squad support and was told the $129.00 charge was only for non-standard surfaces, such as brick, stone, etc... Apparently the installer didn't get the memo and still insisted I pay the fee. After going back and forth for a few minutes I, not so kindly threw them out of my house. Even though the non-standard surface didn't apply to me, I feel, this should be explained to customers when an installation is scheduled. Not the evening before the installation. Never say never, but I will NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy Waldorf again.
