How do I check product availability at the Waldorf Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Bought a lap top from this location that wouldn’t charge. I went back to simply either exchange the laptop completely or get a new charger since it hadn’t been over 15 or 30 days. They told me I could only get a replacement charger which I had to pay for! I purchased the universal charger per the reps recommendation and it still doesn’t fit my devices. This location has children running it and doesn’t seem to care about the service offered.

Who hired these people? The staff were really disrespectful and were playing around the entire time yelling and joking at each other not work related. The two young ladies and young man were giving me weird looks when asking for help and as they were helping me they kept saying stuff like “i’m about to crash out” and not just being work appropriate in general.
