Augustine (Waldorf location) provided the best possible service. He approached me within seconds of entering the store to inquire what I needed. He made sure to ask the cable application to ensure I got the right one. He led me personally to the rear wall and handed me what I needed. I was out the door in record time. Thanks!

Atlansis. Was also there to address issues with present computer and desktop with geek squad.They did okay, we weren't looking for any major work.We were just looking to see if they could improve the processing of them.

This Best Buy location is running a scam. They don't do ID checks for curbside pick up and people have been stealing credit card info, using it to purchase $500+ apple products and then do curbside pickup. Best Buy and this store manager have been useless with resolving this issue.
Bought a lap top from this location that wouldn’t charge. I went back to simply either exchange the laptop completely or get a new charger since it hadn’t been over 15 or 30 days. They told me I could only get a replacement charger which I had to pay for! I purchased the universal charger per the reps recommendation and it still doesn’t fit my devices. This location has children running it and doesn’t seem to care about the service offered.
