Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a cashier. I was just trying to trade in my old PS5 controller to purchase a new one in a different color. The cashier tried to insist that it wasn’t an option even though it is online. During our interaction she pulled out her personal phone and answered a personal phone call and my wife and I couldn’t tell if she was responding to us or her phone call. I have never dealt with worse customer experience but I’m glad the rest of the employees (about 6) had time to laugh and joke despite the growing line and one cashier working.

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Best Buy recently, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! I was in the market for a new TV, and the level of service I received was outstanding. The sales associate who assisted me truly went above and beyond to make sure I walked out completely satisfied with my purchase.
From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and directed to the TV section without delay. The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about the various brands, features, and specifications. He patiently answered every single question I had and took the time to explain the differences between models, helping me narrow down my options based on my needs and budget.
What stood out the most was how accommodating he was. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, which is rare in retail these days. Instead, he made me feel like my satisfaction was his top priority. When I finally chose a TV, he helped me navigate warranties, accessories, and installation options, ensuring I had everything I needed.
The TV itself has been fantastic, but what makes this experience unforgettable was the excellent customer service. If you’re looking for great products paired with unmatched expertise and care, I highly recommend Best Buy!

I asked him for a Samsung 55in TV and he brought me to the wall mounts and handed me a wall mount. I said "Oh no, I need a TV" and he laughed and said "I know, I know" as if maybe I was the one confused and I just looked at him wondering if maybe I was speaking my 2nd language by accident. Other than that, they're great lmao.
