The staff are so incredibly rude! They do not want to help you. I waited for help with buying a phone case for 15 minutes with store employees walking right past me, none stopped to help. I saw one of the staff members walk past with another customer who had entered the store AFTER me and i asked if he knew how long I would be waiting, since I’d been standing there for 15 minutes. He got mad and said he was with a customer! The customer said that he would be fine and he could go ahead and help me. So the employee threw his hands up exhaled and said how can I help you ma’am? I simply told him never mind. I could take my money elsewhere.
