Came in for a quick stop looking for accessories for my new Google Pixel. Alot of things were sold out. The store is super iPhone heavy. BUT the service was great-- especially the greeter at the door.

Went into the Geek Squad to have my phone replaced through Apple Care. After having an appointment scheduled for a week and driving twenty minutes. The technician was 10 minutes late, once i checked in he informs me that they do not have a replacement screen and in order to order one they would have to hold my cellphone for 5 days. Stated that this is Apple policy, I don’t know if that true but if it is that is completely ridiculous. Technician was completely unsympathetic and offered no alternatives.
