The staff are so incredibly rude! They do not want to help you. I waited for help with buying a phone case for 15 minutes with store employees walking right past me, none stopped to help. I saw one of the staff members walk past with another customer who had entered the store AFTER me and i asked if he knew how long I would be waiting, since I’d been standing there for 15 minutes. He got mad and said he was with a customer! The customer said that he would be fine and he could go ahead and help me. So the employee threw his hands up exhaled and said how can I help you ma’am? I simply told him never mind. I could take my money elsewhere.

I hate waiting to pay. Why is it taking 20 minutes to pay for something. Only one person working the registers with 100 people in line. They trying to sell credit cards and memberships at the register holding up the line. I just wanna get outta here....
