Booked an appointment to get my battery in my iPhone replaced on my day off. Lady at the store was really nice but said they didn’t have the battery in stock and they’d have to hold onto my phone for 2-3 days if they ordered a battery. What a stupid policy. Like sure, let me just go without my phone for 2-3 days while you get this part in. I’m sure this is a company policy and not the fault of this specific store. But there absolutely should be a process in place before the customer comes in where they make sure they have the battery. Do they just hope to get the customer in the door and whoops, no battery, but here- look at all this other shit you can buy? What a waste of my time today.
