I had a TV delivered and the jerk tried tl come inside my house to take a picture of the TV...wth...my wife and daughter were home alone and this man was NOT coming in my house..if this is how you deliver items I will NEVER buy for here again

It was 3 times as many staff in the store and they never bothered to ask if we or 2 other families needed help and when I asked for help they said they would call for someone. 10 minutes later I left. People say why go to VA, well atleast they help you if only to get you out the store.

Samsung DU7200 60in. Date of purchase: Tues 3 September Tried to Return: Thur 5 September Waldorf MD BestBuy. ****BestBuy has the tv**** We are doing renovations and we did not get a chance to open the tv until a day later. I included that fact because we were told that we should have opened the TV box within 24hrs of purchase. (We were not told that at the time of purchase.) When I spoke with the BestBuy company on the phone that was not the case. When we opened and went to hang the tv, I noticed what I thought was wrinkles in the protective film on the bottom left (as you look at the tv). We hung the tv and on closer inspection I realized that the tv screen itself was cracked as I lifted that corner of film. We stopped and removed it from the mount, put it back in the bottom styrofoam support, we re-boxed it and took it back to Best Buy. As we spoke with them (the manager and asst), they said there was damage to the top of the TV and kept telling me that there were finger prints on the TV's film. My question was/is 'how do you pick up something without using your fingers'. (At my house) I saw only the damage on the bottom left of the TV, where I lifted some of the film to check it. I don't know where that top damage came from. I do know when they demonstrated how to take the TV out of the box, they did not follow the manufacturers instructions, that is printed on the box. They did the exact opposite. How can they tell me what and how I did when they do it incorrectly. While we were in conversation with the manager and asst manager. Another customer stepped up and said the same thing happened to her with a Samsung TV. I want a refund

Poor service especially from the Manager Joel. Very rude and unhelpful. He refused to provide a price match and kept changing his stories about why he couldn't do it while raising his voice at me. Then ended up yelling at me to go buy at their competitor, then he just walked away without even resolving the issues. He wouldn't even tell me his name, until he finally pointed out his name tag. I ordered my product online and contacted a best buy representative and they were able to price match with no issues at all. Even they didn't understand why this store location refused to price match. You better off buying from bestbuy.com then going to this store. At least the AI chat bot is more helpful and provides better service.
