I went here about a week ago, and I found it accessible for my powerchair, which was great. Also, I had a great experience testing out portable drawing tablet options with the help of Manny and Lanette, who displayed excellent customer service skills!

Walked into Best Buy ready to buy something… apparently I turned invisible. An employee said someone would “be right with me” — nobody ever showed. I walked out, went to Target, and got what I needed in five minutes.

Worse experience ever. I went to Best Buy at Wheaton MD to do a payment to a BestBuy credit card. Best Buy debited a large sum from my bank account but the store never provided a receipt and the store could not find a receipt for my transaction. The amount debited from my bank account did not go to paying the BestBuy credit card. I have not been able to reach anyone that can help resolve this. This happened in September and three months later the situation is still not resolved. I suspect some sort of scam or fraud. This can potentially become a legal matter.
