On September 29th i called to close my account. I was told that i paid all outstanding balances. I received a text message today that i have a past due balance of $90. I called and they could only tell me that i had a $10 transaction on september 8th that was not included in the amount that i paid when i closed my account. Interest and charges had accrued in the past 2 months amounting to the addition 800% interest and fees. There was no effort made by the representative to reduce or explain why the previous agent lied to me.

Walked into Best Buy ready to buy something… apparently I turned invisible. An employee said someone would “be right with me” — nobody ever showed. I walked out, went to Target, and got what I needed in five minutes.

Worse experience ever. I went to Best Buy at Wheaton MD to do a payment to a BestBuy credit card. Best Buy debited a large sum from my bank account but the store never provided a receipt and the store could not find a receipt for my transaction. The amount debited from my bank account did not go to paying the BestBuy credit card. I have not been able to reach anyone that can help resolve this. This happened in September and three months later the situation is still not resolved. I suspect some sort of scam or fraud. This can potentially become a legal matter.
