Terrible customer service. I was sold a damaged 65 inch TV and waited more than 30 minutes for an exchange. Won't recommend this location.

**Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment by Store Supervisor**
I purchased a TV from Best Buy Wheaton and left the store with it sealed in the original box. Two employees helped load it onto my pickup truck. When I got home and opened it, the screen did not work.
When I returned to the store expecting a simple exchange for a defective product, the supervisor refused to even look at the TV and immediately accused me of damaging it during transportation. His behavior was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
When I asked for his identity, he handed me two random business cards—at least one with a female name that clearly did not belong to him—instead of properly identifying himself. Rather than investigating the issue or helping resolve it, he simply told me to take the broken TV back home.
This was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. Best Buy corporate should seriously review how customers are treated at this location.
