I’ve had two of my pickup orders either sold to other customers or lost in the last 3 months. What is the point of placing an order for an in demand product if they’re just going to sell it to someone else? Even after they scanned my item in their system to let me know it was ready for pickup? Additionally, they had me wait while they figured out who probably stole or sold my order. What good is that going to do me. If you don’t have it or made a mistake and sold it to someone else, tell me and let me get along with my day. Best Buy’s service has really gone downhill. I’ll be placing my orders online from here on out.
