How do I check product availability at the Wheaton Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Wheaton Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

This place is horrible. I was there on June 22nd around 1 pm to return something. They had 2 separate lines for help. No one was stationed where it says line for purchases .a line was created where people were actually getting help. People were following direction by going to where it said to go to pay. Then had to be told they need to go to the other line. Thst was extremely confusing and frustrating because the line formed was long but then they had to go to another line. In most places when that many people are waiting management would put another sales person to open register. Appear yay 2 other managers name Lanette & Delarosa were working but were not anywhere to be found. I will never return to this place.

Small but decent location. Sometimes it’s hard to find a worker but eventually they appear. Not many offers or open box specials like other locations. Good for the area.

Incredibly disappointed to hear the employees talking about checking each other out for Chaos Rising products right before I got to the counter only to be told they had none. It's already hard enough combating scalpers. Do better, management.
