With my experience if i go to any Best Buy Store i hardly get any help. Have to walk around to look for help and sometimes they just pass by you and don’t even answer. BUT this store was different and very helpful. The manager also got involved and helped us. It was a great experience after a long time.

Warning to CPU Buyers -- Check the box BEFORE leaving any retail store! UPDATE : **read first** The general manager provided prompt assistance resolving this matter. I am very thankful for him taking this incident seriously, and I have voluntarily revised my review to reflect his help and my current thoughts on the incident. Nonetheless, I am leaving my initial review up to increase awareness of this general type of fraud so that more people don't fall victim to this issue, at BestBuy or anywhere. ***initial review, revised*** I am a repeat BestBuy customer. I recently purchased the Intel 14900K chip along with other upgrades for my PC. I was excited for this upgrade from my old 9th gen and, based on past experience, trusted I would get an authentic chip. Unfortunately, when I got home, the chip inside the sealed box was a much, much cheaper intel Celeron g6900. I have no idea how this could have happened and, prior to this experience, did not think this sort of chip swapping was even possible, especially with a box purchased from a retailer. I immediately called BestBuy customer service, who advised me to return the product to the store. At the store, although the store manager was unable to assist me with the return, the general manager appeared to have the authority to take the matter seriously, and he addressed my concerns appropriately. Although I was initially very distressed at the prospect of losing $500 due to a chip fraud, my trust in BestBuy was somewhat restored by the assistance I eventually received. It is my sincere hope that my review spares someone from the inconvenience and economic hardship that they could otherwise endure as a victim of this type of fraud. I also hope BestBuy eventually identifies the culprit(s) and acts to prevent this from happening to others. To future consumers reading this: Please check any CPU box you purchase before leaving any retail store, or else you might find youself battling to get your $500 back.

I walked in to check out some sales that were available online. I arrived to see some appliances and ended up meeting the best sales associate possible, Tyler. Tyler put forth the effort and time that is hard to find in other employees. He took his time helping me understand each product, asked questions about my lifestyle and what I’ll use the product for to better serve me. Tyler then helped me compare multiple items and even sent me the list to compare items on my own. After spending over an hour in the store, I left knowing that I had what I needed. Tyler went above and beyond what I would expect any employee to do, and left me speechless about his care for customers. Tyler is 100% not being paid enough for the work and efforts he puts in. **IF YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE LOOK FOR TYLER AND HE WILL DO AMAZING WORK TO HELP YOU**
