It took a long time to get assistance with my purchase (i.e., ask a few simple questions about the computer and get them to bring out one from the back and ring it up). He was helpful, efficient, and calm despite the fact that a crowd of folks also needing assistance was growing. I think they just need more staff.

As I was out running my Saturday errands, I was scheduled for an appointment with BestBuy located at 10901 Georgia Ave. I met to delightful young men. Both were very helpful as they worked together as a TEAM.
Gabriel handled the technical support of my visit and Bilal assisted with supporting information in ways of learning some "how to" and I was grateful. Bothe employees were respectful and kind. I appreciated they were both in tune with the details of my computer maintenance. KUDOS to Gabriel and Bilal and a BIG thank you to BestBuy for both of these young men!
