Worst Best Buy ever. Waited in line for 30 plus minutes because they combined their customer service line with their cashier. I was just planning to be in and out. And it’s not that they are understaffed. Actually they have a lot of folks walking around doing nothing even though the line was long. A lot of customers left because of this. Manager of this place needs to be fired

I called best buy in Wheaton because other stores said they were the only one who had the laptop I wanted to purchase. I asked if they cold hold it I'll be there in an hr or 2. I make my payment over the phone. Mind you I live am hr from Wheaton. I get to the store for them to say it's not ready. WHAT???? Not ready???? dude on the phone didn't tell me anything about having to wait check my email after payment didn't give me a confirmation number nothing. I should have taken my chances not paying first to put on hold for me. I won't do that again with best buy. Not a good experience!
