Best Buy Augusta

I usually have my screen protector swapped out and replaced by the Geek Squad here and the do a phenomenal job. If you purchase the screen protector you can have it swapped out for a new, for a lifetime, for a fee of 8 bucks! Definitely worth the money.

We were able to find what we were looking for, an oven. Had questions that were answered and our order arrived at the store before the date it was scheduled to. Friendly and prompt.

Had to find a staff member after waiting 20 minutes, but other than that they were helpful in helping my son choose a laptop for college.

I went to Best Buy in Augusta recently. One of the most surprisingly unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a retail space. I was on a search for a keyboard tray; something I could attach under my desk to hide away my keyboard when not using it. I enter the store and find myself presented with 4 young men seemingly barely able to or mostly unwilling to greet me. I ask where I can find keyboard trays but repeat myself at least three time because they don't understand what I'm asking for. One of the three who I assumed to either be the manager or assistant manager responds to me with what felt like an argument. A tray or a shelf, a tray or a shelf was his question. Irritated by now, I mention that I've been an office manager for many years and know what I'm asking for. I also include that I typically go to office supply stores for this but stopped in hoping the store had them in stock. My reply was: "Well, then you should go there." Really. So, I was summarily dismissed by a snotty, disheveled, greasy, sloppy store clerk who - frankly - smelled bad even from a distance with zero semblance of professionalism or customer service. I found what I was looking for elsewhere. I can find what I need anywhere without going to Best Buy and plan to never do business at the Augusta location ever again.
