I would like to express my sadness, dissatisfaction, and frustration with Best Buy. For the third time, I purchased a 100-inch TV on December 27, 2025, and was informed that it would be delivered on December 30, 2025, between 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM. I waited until the delivery date to donate my old TV, and made plans with my family to spend New Year's Eve at home together with the new TV. On December 30, 2025, at 1:50 PM, I received an email from Best Buy informing me that they would not be delivering the TV. I contacted them via chat to cancel the purchase, and they informed me that if I canceled, I would not receive a full refund. They showed very little concern in trying to resolve the situation; they didn't even contact me to try to find a solution. I checked my Best Buy account, and it indicated that the TV would be delivered on January 9, 2026. Then, today, I received a text message informing me that the TV will now be delivered on January 10, 2026. I am very disappointed; 14 days to possibly receive my TV.

First time in best buy,spent the day looking for a microwave.found 1 I was interested in and a employee said they had them in stock.watched him go back and forth thru store for 15 mins with a empty cart then left and went to lowes.

Process for queuing to receive sakes help was extremely well executed. Salesperson was knowledgeable and very very helpful.
