The service was nonexistent. I went in to purchase a laptop. We stood and waited for 15 minutes and saw an associate and stated that I needed a laptop and is there anyone available? Mr DUH looked at me like I was speaking another language and asked if anyone was available. We got tired of waiting and said to the 2 at the door not sure what they are, who looked at me as I walked out and said you have lost a customer. Going to Walmart

Best buy by itself was fine. Most of the time they have solid deals on everyday electronics. The day i visited though multiple staff were complaining about the store, dropping items, and shuffling them along the floor with their feet. I choose not to buy anything that day after watching that happen in the department I was in.
