I moved to Maine from Colorado following Military Retirement. I purchased a washer and dryer with the delivery and installation services from this location since I was starting a new job.
When the day of delivery arrived, it was cancelled because an employee called out, and rescheduled for 6 days later. I was disappointed, but understood, and my family visited a local laundrymat since we only have finite clothes while we wait for our household goods to be delivered. The day before delivery, I received a call from the Best Buy 1800 number, confirming everything was ready for delivery. But when the rescheduled day arrived, I got a call from that the delivery was once again going to be postponed as an employee once again called out. I called the 1800 number for In Home appliances to express my frustration that evening, asking if I could go to the store with a rented truck to pick up the items, to which this employee said everything was packaged and ready if I so chose to do this.
I went to work the following day to talk to my boss and ask if I can have some time to do this, and everyone at my work was understanding. I called the 1800BESTBUY number again to organize the pick up, and was told I couldn't pick up my purchased items for another 72 hours at any location. I asked for a refund right then and there.

boyfriend missed his alarm once and they fired him a week before our rent is due knowing I’m pregnant and can’t work at the moment. all while letting other employees call out all the time, letting them run off on their shifts to do whatever, etc. disgusting behavior. no wonder nobody likes coming there anymore.

Robbie had to come in on his day off and was making everyone pay for it. He needs to adjust his attitude or find a job with less demands. Won’t return to this location based on the way he treated me.

Worst experience ever. Drove an hour to buy a phone listed as available on the website and they refused to sell it to me because no one was available to do an activation that I can and have done myself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
