So many times they have something "in stock" on their website and even "in stock" when you arrive and ask for it. Then all of the sudden the website is wrong when they cant find anything.

They were very helpful, this is my favorite store. I kove walking around and checking out the technology. The staff at the Bangor location went above and beyond to help me locate a part.
My own fault, I was late for my appointment with geek squad with two mins left of it 10:20-10:40am. Explained I tried calling the store 4 times just for AI bot to not let me speak to anyone. I asked the bullring behind the counter if I could snag the 10:40 spot since no one had it. He looks at me and says “yeahhh for some reason it won’t let me schedule that time slot, I don’t know why”. Then proceeds to tell me I can wait till 3:30 in the afternoon seeing I have a baby with me. Drove 45 mins for nothing and waited in traffic for 20 for nothing. He couldn’t be bothered to take my laptop in the open 10:40-11 spot because he needed to go back to standing there with his thumb up you know what. If that spot hadn’t been open I would understand why I couldn’t be see , but it was and he made an excuse to not take my laptop. Don’t run late and don’t even bother trying to speak to a human at the store, not allowed. Will never come back.

Went in to schedule a TV to be hung on my wall and after purchasing the appointment was told it was 7 weeks before they could come hang it. No thanks.
