It’s 4th of July weekend and my AC is broken. I pre-ordered one for pick up at Sam’s and at the time of pick up Sam’s told me it wasn’t available. I then walked into Best Buy already stressed, frustrated, and extremely hot because of no AC. Brady directed me to the ACs, got me a dolly to put it on, loaded in into my car for me and when I went to buy a drink to cool off, he showed me where the coldest ones were. Please give him a raise.
Geek squad has very bad customer service. Take your computer somewhere else for service.

our experience with best buy has been terrible we bought a 65 in sony bravia on 5 12 26 i had to go to bangor today 6/20/26 and get the tv 7 weeks of waiting when they had the tv in stock is disgusting called numerous times and left messages and never got an answer i will surely let social media and maybe a tv station know how terrible an experience we had
