I don't know if it's just this location the Best buy has definitely gone downhill there was barely any items on the shelves so many bare spots

I ordered a tv with a mount and paid to have it delivered and mounted. I was given a time for a tech to arrive which was changed to a new time frame up to 7:45pm. reschedule because it was the day of. I could not reach anyone at the store because all local phone numbers go directly to a call center. I waited till 8 PM no one called me or contacted me via email, I called today and again spoke to someone at a call center who stated the arrival time was showing as yesterday up to 7:45 PM. I am still unable to change the appointment because of their system. I will be going to the store and getting my money back and then going to another store to buy the same TV. I am beyond frustrated!! I am not going to reach out on social media, that's absurd, someone from the local store should pick up the phone or someone from customer service should call me !!'

I’m paralyzed from the waist down, had a baby with me and they refused to bring my new microwave out to the car for me. Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Placed an online order. I called the day of pick up and asked to change it to curbside instead of in store pick up. I reached a call center. The first guy was helpful. Said no problem he’d change it. Arrive at the store, spoke to an employee only to be told they will not come outside. Sat on hold for 30 mins only to be hung up on and attempted to call back. Got the call center again that told me they shut their phones off! What?!? Never again will I buy from this store!
