I bought a laptop from Bestbuy about 6 months ago and noticed the screen now has a crack. I went to the Bangor store to ask about getting it repaired, but was told that I needed to make an appointment to ask questions. Really? What ever happened to service? We had planned to buy a new microwave at the store but after this experience I will shop elsewhere. Anybody want my Best Buy gift certificate, because I will never use it now.
Unknowledgable and absolutely the worst customer service I've seen yet. Close it down or get new management! We're done shopping here

Rude as hell staff. Only one nice person on the floor. I was trying to get someone to help me and the front guy said aggressive things like “like I said” when I literally have developmental disabilities and I was overwhelmed 😭.
