Every time you order something they cancel it you go in the store and order it and pay for it and they cancel it it's ridiculous I would never buy anything try to buy anything from them again

It's just like any other Best Buy; unfortunately the shopping experience of today is such that ordering online is almost what is encouraged since most stores have little stock.

Set up an appointment over the phone to have my phone screen replaced and took a day off work to make it happen only to be told upon arriving that they don't replace android screens. I told them what type of phone I had when I made the appointment so this was entirely avoidable. Complete waste of time, very frustrating
Update- took my phone to CPR cell phone repair around the corner and they had it fixed in under 2 hours 🙏

Great service, went in looking for one thing and decided to think about a credit account. Victor was extremely nice and helpful, explained all the benefits and how it worked. He helped me get signed up and fixed all of my information to get approved for my dream computer! Huge shout-out, you can count on my repeated business from here on out! Edit: I went in next day to find the price of the PC I was trying to purchase had changed overnight, however Charles helped me out tremendously when I got worried, and gave me the PC for the price I had originally seen, while explaining warranty information. A nice lady also convinced me to purchase the membership plan to go with it. Thank you to everyone who has helped me, and for being patient enough to deal with my barrage of questions.
