My own fault, I was late for my appointment with geek squad with two mins left of it 10:20-10:40am. Explained I tried calling the store 4 times just for AI bot to not let me speak to anyone. I asked the bullring behind the counter if I could snag the 10:40 spot since no one had it. He looks at me and says “yeahhh for some reason it won’t let me schedule that time slot, I don’t know why”. Then proceeds to tell me I can wait till 3:30 in the afternoon seeing I have a baby with me. Drove 45 mins for nothing and waited in traffic for 20 for nothing. He couldn’t be bothered to take my laptop in the open 10:40-11 spot because he needed to go back to standing there with his thumb up you know what. If that spot hadn’t been open I would understand why I couldn’t be see , but it was and he made an excuse to not take my laptop. Don’t run late and don’t even bother trying to speak to a human at the store, not allowed. Will never come back.

Went in to schedule a TV to be hung on my wall and after purchasing the appointment was told it was 7 weeks before they could come hang it. No thanks.

Giant corporate mediocrity. Okay if you can't go elsewhere and can't wait until tomorrow. Don't bother calling for information on Geek Squad services, staff is uninformed and will just book an appointment even if they don't offer repairs for your device.

Service sucks. Staff act as if you are beneath them. They all act annoyed to be there. Gift cards are not considered money. My son tried to buy Fortnite bucks card with his gift card and you cannot buy a gift card or reload card with a gift card… WHAT? It’s money. I paid money to get the gift card but he can’t buy what he wants?? I should have just given him cash.
