He helped me get signed up and fixed all of my information to get approved for my dream computer! Huge shout-out, you can count on my repeated business from here on out! Edit: I went in next day to find the price of the PC I was trying to purchase had changed overnight, however Charles helped me out tremendously when I got worried, and gave me the PC for the price I had originally seen, while explaining warranty information. A nice lady also convinced me to purchase the membership plan to go with it. Thank you to everyone who has helped me, and for being patient enough to deal with my barrage of questions.

A great place to buy tech, but not great for enacting warranties. If you buy a warranty and they misspelled your email, but you don't find out until you go to use it, they will tell you there is nothing you can do. Apparently if they improperly set up your warranty, it is your fault and they will tell you that they can't fix it and your out of luck. Don't do what I did. Don't pay for the priciest warranty coverage. The damage to the laptop I needed repaired wasn't even superficial, it's some software leak and yet for their mistake a manufacturing error can't be fixed. If you buy something, I advise not bothering with a warranty unless you know you'll break it. If that's the case, get the cheap one, don't shell out money for a possible mistake.
