Best Buy Bangor

Not much to offer and the price for the item I was looking at was high.

Yesterday my son and I were in the bangor store to get a screen protector on a tablet I had ordered 10 days prior and was told I would get a call letting me know when to come in to have it done. I never got that call, so I went to the store at 5 pm the day I was supposed to get the call, only to find out that there was no appointment for me and that the screen protector was never even ordered after taking the money and apparently lying to my face about the whole thing. I tried to get my money back from the store, and they wanted my I.D. that they had not required me to provide when I bought it. All they had at the time was my name and phone number. Lizz, an assistant manager at the Bangor store, would not call the employee to ask anything about the transaction. She was very rude, unhelpful, non problem solving, nasty person. Tells me that Best Buy didn't ever set up appointments and does not call people back after I was told specifically by an employee that helped me when I bought it that that's what they do if they are out of a product. The assistant manager Lizz asked me to leave the store after I had asked about any of it. I had spoke to her in a calm voice and because I was an unhappy customer she told me to leave the store. The assistant manager should be fired for being overall unhelpful, non brainstorming individual. I would not recommend buying anything here unless you get in in your hands before paying.

I called and specifically asked if they replaced Google phone screens ....they said yes and I drove for one only to hear......THEY DON'T!! There were FIVE customers waiting in this GEEK LINE and NO WORKERS could figure out how to help even one of these customers. Say GOODBYE TO BEST BUY......the WORSE BUY should be closing down soon!!!
