They refuse to honor warranties. It’s always Refund or nothing, refund or nothing, refund or NOTHING. It’s a shame Micro Center isn’t in Maine.
Was disappointed to see not many items on the shelves in certain departments.
We needed assistance, and was told they were short staff and it would be a few minutes. We waited 15 mins and still didn't see an employee to help us, so we left and I ordered the item I needed online.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only draw back is that they need more staff on the floor.
Don't have anything you're looking for, ever. Have to assume it's to encourage you to purchase more premium options they always seem to have a surplus of.
