The custom pc I built was having issues and after a month of trying various fixes myself I ended up deciding to have Geek Squad diagnose it. They thought it was the motherboard at first and I purchased a new mobo but then it turned out it was the cpu and I had to purchase a new cpu though luckily they were able to refund the motherboard and put the money back from that towards the cpu. There were some other hiccups along the way that made things take longer as well such as they were out of thermal paste and had to wait for me to bring in some I had, as well as they accidentally lost two of my SSDs they didn’t realize were in my old motherboard but they replaced those for free since they had the same ones I had in stock at the store. At least the issue was finally all resolved.

I purchased 4 cameras. I had to sign up for the monthly fee to use them. Over a couple of years the fee ( basic service ) went from $ 9.99 a month to $19.99 a month. I'm done with these cameras and this company. I've since found a better quality camera with more features with no monthly fee. Good Riddance ARLO
