What can I say about Best Buy. The folks are friendly and willing to help. I was recently in picking up an item I purchased on line and my experience was stress free. I have a Best Buy account so my $500+ purchase was put on it so I can pay for it interest free for a few months while I recover from Christmas. I recommend Best buy for a multitude of electronic products and accessories

Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken pc. I’ve taken it back 2 times since it was new not even a year ago and now it doesn’t work and they want me to pay to fix it. Don’t trust these scammers. Shop with your local business.
