Bought a laptop and as soon as the warranty ran out it needed a new mother board. No in-house techs. They send everything out. I had to pay for the repairs and now, 5 months later it happened again. Got in line for "geek squad " and after 30 minutes, the geek announced that if we didn't have an appointment we would be waiting a very long time! My laptop is 1 1/2 years old and was not cheap. I should not have paid the first time for repairs and will not pay again. I will throw $700 in the trash. I went elsewhere and purchased a new laptop for what it would have cost me to repair that one. Never again will I shop at Best Buy!
Great young guy in the Geek area helped me immensely. Knew his stuff and set me up with what I needed. Don’t see young people like that anymore
This best buy is the best because it's way better than augustas best buy
