I called Best Buy & connected with an exceptional employee. Her name is Krea, She knows all products. Guess what? I do not. I was searching for is the HOTTEST 🔥 game! What's new & incoming?? She knew the answers in the big wide world of gamin, games, virtual realities & so on!! I asked Krea what new games are out-n-about in a red box with white stripes? I needed to find who what & where is the updated goodies!? It's no game it's the console!? What the best of the best, I wasn't tuned so my question was asked multiple X's. I haven't slept & that's no good. Day 2. hours & I'm shrinking;:) I asked what game is packaged in Red & White. What's the latest & greatest. What & why etc etc. The king Of BOZ. The one which outranks.All other's?

Her extensive product information will help the the much needed consumers make a decision on what to invest in. Without the consumer a store goes back to Kansas. Best buy isn't the investment Krea is! She's the reason the doors remain open & have a very close 5 star ⭐ ✨ rating. That's a valuable individual. She doesn't slack & or give the bear minimum to buyer's. She's an informative leader. She is the leader of BOZ PACK Vroom. Vroom. She is a car lover too, much like myself. Cars are awesome. I just bought a $450 TV and they won't let me return a $30 remote that was 17 days after I bought it. But no they could allow me to return it if I bought their service plan for an additional $49.99. Totally frustrating, don't waste your time, won't ever shop there again they just lost another customer.
Update for some reason my purchase was in fact eligible return as I purchased it through store pickup. I unfortunately learned that after going back home and had to go all the way back to the store. I ended up getting the return credited but still not satisfied with the in-store experience overall
