If I could give them zero stars, I would. They take your money for a month and don't deliver your goods.
We ordered a stove and were willing to wait 2 weeks for the delivery. When it arrived, the stove was so damaged! There was no way it should have been loaded into the truck looking like that. They could have called us in the morning instead of wasting our day to wait to see that.
We then rescheduled for another two weeks out. As the date was approaching, they told us they need to reschedule another two weeks out beyond that rescheduled date!
This is 2026. They should know where every appliance is and get one to you in a very quick time. They were a little cheaper than Lowe's at the time, but it isn't worth dealing with them. (Lowe's now has the same stove $200 less... guess where we are getting a stove from?)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing an appliance from Best Buy.
