Purchased an expensive Monitor and a keyboard on 12/28, my son didn’t want to use the keyboard so I went to return it and was told they only have a 15day return policy so I was 2 days late!!! Was told I if I wanted a longer return I must purchase that! They would only offer me a store credit. I asked to speak to a manager but the sales rep Isaiah I believe was his name informed me that the manager is busy and he’s going to tell the same thing as the manager “take it or leave it!! The keyboard was unopened in the box. Now I’m forced to purchase something I don’t need. Very disappointed and will stick to Costcos 90 return policy from now on. No wonder people shop online and Amazon, all these stores will be a thing in the past.
I've had great experiences at Best Buy. I got frustrated with the shipping and membership costs from Amazon. I buy from Best Buy whenever I can for the free and fast shipping. The last couple of purchases I made from Google were going to take 3 weeks to deliver. Best Buy had the same items and they delivered them that day. As long as that is true, I will check Best Buy first.
Excellent selection and great service.
Had to buy a cable. There are so many places this cable could be. I finally asked someone, and they showed me the map of where it was located based on the sku # I looked up on the website. Thanks!
