Ivan was very professional and knowledgeable while assisting me in buying a tv. I ended up buying two of them due to the great sale they were having. Brought the TVs out to my car and help put them in so they would make it home safely. He is well versed in the progressive leasing option and can assist you with that. Check the place out!

I ordered an accessory for my stove that I purchased at best buy a week before. They kept pushing out the delivery blaming the supplier. We contacted the supplier and they claimed it was just best buy's fault. After talking to best buy again (which took 35 minutes to get past robots, they said somone would call me, but they never did. They postponed delivery 5 times, so after 6 months we canceled our order. When we went for a refund they first tried to not refund the delivery fee and sales tax on an order we never received. Now we are stuck with a $3000 cooktop without the accesorybwe need to make it work. Buyer beware, best buy is going down hill
