How do I check product availability at the Portland Best Buy?

Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken pc. I’ve taken it back 2 times since it was new not even a year ago and now it doesn’t work and they want me to pay to fix it. Don’t trust these scammers. Shop with your local business.

Do not buy appliances here. My parents bought a refrigerator 2 years ago. It stopped working right before Christmas. They called Best Buy for repair service. No help. Told only 1 year warranty. Found a whirlpool repair man on their on who found compressor also gone on a 2 yr old refrigerator. Now they have to get a new one. Do not buy appliances here.

I purchased a Kindle on 12/19 and it didn’t hold a charge and had major glitches. I went to the store to exchange it and was told they were out of stock and to return the item and repurchase online. When I got home, the item was no longer on sale and I called to see if the price could be adjusted and was told because I had returned the item they couldn’t exchange it. I feel scammed and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.
