Disappointed. I ordered my very first MacBook in a long time from Best Buy because of the deal with 200 off. It shipped from Portland, Maine, even though it had a Kentucky return address because it said on the tracking information that it originated in Portland. When I received it today, I opened up the box to find that my laptop had zero wrapping or cushion around it. It was just my MacBook laptop in a much larger box that it had been rattling around inside in the back of a delivery truck for several days and the box looked like it had taken a beating. I’ve previously ordered a MacBook from Apple and it came packaged like Fort Knox so seeing another MacBook ordered from Best Buy come in a very different state, felt upsetting and frankly dampened my experience and excitement. I then had to drive to the Maine Mall and beat holiday traffic to replace it the same day just so it wouldn’t be out of stock. The gentleman at the store helped me, but there was very little acknowledgment of how poorly it was wrapped or how it had created a stressful situation. What I went to go get another MacBook that box was also dinged, and I kept on asking for another one until I got one that wasn’t damaged. Get it together, Best Buy.

They treat their handicapped community with disrespect. I am a double amputated person in a wheelchair. They delivered my tv table out in the snow,next tp my porch. How in the dickens am i to get it into the house?

I'd give 1 star except I know most pharmacies are struggling and much is out of their control. They are rarely able to answer the phone, they shorted me on an Rx refill, they are not very helpful in the store and seem overworked, exhausted. I blame Walgreens corporate and our government. They are understaffed and likely underpaid. The entire medical industry is a joke.
