I would not use Best Buy if you are ordering an item that needs delivery and set up. We had a terrible experience ordering a Hydrow rowing machine. Order was made and delivery set up 3 weeks in advance. Complied with all the instructions for delivery. Delivery day came and a no-show. We contact delivery company that says they could not delivery(they never contacted us). They could not assure us of a delivery on time at a future date. We are just not willing to spend large amounts on an order to then have to waste days waiting for an indeterminant delivery so we contacted best buy to cancel the order. They said they cancelled it. A week later we are notified of a new delivery date with no prior contact. Have now wasted a morning getting a run around at Best Buy to try to AGAIN cancel the order. At this point we still do not know if it is actually cancelled. Our credit card company has been notified to stop payment(which they did). These third party deliver companies seem to be very unreliable. We had a similar experience with Pelton. Best Buy was a time wasting trial to deal with.

The go pro kit advertised was hidden in a locked case. They kept trying to get me to buy a more expensive one. The employees couldn't locate it until I badgers about 4 of them and wasted an hour.
