How do I check product availability at the Portland Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

Door greeter called me an asshole for not saying have a great day back to him. Normally I would have said something but I just had wisdom teeth surgery and it's hard to talk. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

*REVIEW: Horrific Customer Service. Like something from a science fiction nightmare. - You can't advertise that "You're The Guys" .. that you're the best... When an AI BOT won't even let you speak to a human. And when that same AI BOT says... "I'm Still Learning". Seriously??? (NOT KIDDING, it actually says that) I'm sorry .. but I'm not paying for your learning curve after Your Advertising tells me you've already got the answers. Best of luck As your stores become more and more empty... and you wonder why humans don't want anything to do with you... after you've done your best to remove the human element from the entire experience.
