Easy in and out. Got new washer and dryer. Salesperson was great. Extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Burke in the appliance dept of the Ann Arbor Best Buy.
Last July (2025) I decided to trade in my phone at Best Buy, Ann Arbor and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. One of the primary reasons was that their sales person (Let's call him Bubba) promised they would pay the remaining balance I owed to T-Mobile (just $170). Bubba noted my rebate and said it would process once my first bill was received. Two months and two bills later, no $170 rebate. I went back in. Same speil, and some more 'conformation' it would be taken care of. Months later no discount so I come back in store again. Bubba is now laid off. The new sales rep gathers my info and attempts to process my request...I wait again. No discount, so I make one more attempt in person. My information is sent to Verizon while I'm there...months later...no response. Is $170 a lot of money? In this economy...yeah, kinda. However, this is more about principal now. After spending thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years I will not spend another dollar moving forward.
Daniel just wrapped up a full audio build in my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 and I can't recommend him enough. This wasn't a small job — Kenwood eXcelon DMX958XR head unit, AudioControl D-5.1300 DSP amp, JL Audio 13TW5v2-4 sub, Morel Maximo Ultra 602 MKII components, plus full KnuKonceptz wiring and deadening — and he handled every piece of it with care. Clean wire runs, dialed-in tuning, no rattles, no compromises. He took the time to actually understand what I wanted the system to sound like and delivered exactly that. If you're looking for someone who treats your vehicle like his own and knows what he's doing with high-end gear, Daniel is the guy.
Good to stop in, not many electronic and tech places in the area.
