Ordered my Ray Ban Wayfarer AI sunglasses online. Was in and out, with my glasses,in less than 5 minutes. Fast service, friendly and helpful employees. Overall, a great, easy transaction. Tha k you.
My husband was told he could get a new Samsung watch if he gave up his old one and paid $10. He did, liked his new watch but then was charged $200. He took it back but his old watch would not be returned. The local Ann Arbor store tried to help , thus one star, but corporate is crooked and basically stole his watch Keep away from their ‘deals’.

I never write negative reviews, but this is an exception. Absolutely the worst. Would not accept an unopened, never used small item return for a refund. Beware they have an un-communicated 14 day return policy or no refund. I was just a couple of days after that. The staff were seriously passive aggressive in refusing to refund me - smirks that said “yeah we got you”. This company has really gone downhill. Get some managers with customer service orientation. Have a policy that respects your customer. There are other options for my business.

While the store itself has kind employees best buy sells a lot of scams including the total tech coverage. It costs almost 200 dollars yearly and we purchased it on my phone. Had an accident and went to get it replaced and with the warranty it costs 80 bucks for fees to have it replaced. Which should be free! Completely disgusted with best buy and will never buy from them again.
