This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was told the employee name was Nick and he is the front door security person. I was treated as a criminal and he was very rude. Nick, if that is actually your name I hope you remember our interaction and think twice about your custom service. I was the person trying to pick up my 75" TV and you made what should have been a 2min. Conversation extremely hard for me.It was terrible. This honestly is one of my favorite best buys to shop at, but I will not return to this store ever again.
Staff was rude like it was their job.
Used to be nicer people in this best buy, I don't know what has happened. Do they realize that it isn't the dollar store, people come here to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars. Customer service should be top of the line. Is not 👎👎

The employee at the information desk in the back was incredibly helpful! He quickly located an Eero 7 Wi-Fi mesh system from inventory and brought it out for me. I really appreciated his efficiency and friendliness—just wish I had caught his name to give proper credit!
