Ordered Washer & paid for Best Buy tech to install. They flooded my home by installing it incorrectly. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in to have my iPhone replaced and was told they would have to send it out, that they don’t actually do it there in store. For an immediate replacement I’d need to go to the Apple Store. Apple Store says that’s not true and the guy must’ve just been uninterested in helping. Annoying.

I stopped by this Best Buy to purchase an optical audio cable for a sound bar. The cable won’t stay in either of the ports, the TV, or the sound bar. It was quite expensive and I would have thought that the quality would be much better. I’m returning it ASAP. The fellow who helped me was pleasant enough but seeing as this was the only choice they had, I bought it.
