Took back something & it was fast & easy.
Ben was fabulous and so helpful in choosing an air purifier
The experience was really cool, the service guys help me a lot searching for specific items, nice service!
I was there 12-14-2025 to buy an Apple Watch (which was available at a great price). However, because the Ann Arbor store does not have decent internet and wifi, the young man helping me was unable to set up my new watch. How can a technology store not provide up-to-date technology for their employees? I brought my watch home and had it set up in minutes, after spending at least an hour or maybe more as the Best Buy associate tried many times to accomplish that task. Since it was so easy for me (with my great internet and wifi), I would strongly encourage store management to update that building. Thank you
