Luke just helped me decide which laptop to get which was amazing. He explained all the different RAMs & memory. He let me know what would be the best for my finances as well to stay in my budget. He found me an open box item I absolutely love. He didn’t try to force me into getting a credit card either. He did try but didn’t over sell it when I explained why I couldn’t do it at this moment.
When I’m ready to get a credit card I will for sure go to Luke and get one. Thank you Luke!

Good overall for tech but didn't like that there was a limit on MTG standard play boosters per customer that wasn't posted on an older pack.

1 star for the service I got and the amount of employees in the geek squad department. $200 out the window to diagnose a desktop. 7 days later no communication or repairs. Hour and a half later in line to pick it up but helps the gentlemen that walks in and cuts the line. (No appt. either) from what i head just frustration on his end of same situation. Run far away people.
