I bought a HP desktop computer for a Christmas gift on 12-24-2024. In May it started crashing every couple of minutes. So I took it back to Best Buy in Auburnhills Michigan. The Geek Squad salesman tried to sell me the Geek Squad membership however I declined and said it should be covered under the manufacturers warranty. So they sent it in for repair and 3 weeks later I received a notification from Geek Squad saying it was ready to be picked up. I made an appointment to pick it up. When my wife arrived at 2:00 pm to pick it up they said they didn't have it and couldn't explain why I received the notification from them it was ready for pick up. That same night I received a phone call at 7:00pm from the Geek Squad saying it was at the Auburn store and ready to be picked up. The next day I picked it up and they said they couldn't verify it was crashing after 2 hours of testing and reset it to factory default settings. I brought it home and plugged it in, and it immediately started crashing. So I took it to the Best Buy in Novi Michigan and they said it was a hardware problem. They sent it in to their main Geek Squad repair facility. 10 days later I called to check the status and they said it was at the Novi store ready to be picked up. I made an appointment to pick it up and when I got there they said it wasn't there. They said the same thing the Auburn store said they didn't know why I received that notification. I am still waiting for my HP desktop computer. I have never seen anything like this.

Bought a washer and dryer 10 days ago. We told the sales guy, three times, how important it was for the delivery to take place. After explaining where they would go and how tight the fit may be, he suggested a site survey prior to delivery to ensure all would go as planned. 2 days prior to the delivery, the guys came out and stated that everything would fit and we were all set for the actual delivery. BestBuy stated they would call the night before with a 4 hour time window. They never called. All day on the delivery day, the app stated that the delivery was scheduled. About noon, I started calling. No return call. I called again. Voicemail. About 3 I try to get a hold of the store. Get this....the store doesn't take inbound calls!!! So, I call the resolution center...long story short, the washer/dryer was never delivered! After many calls with no resolution, I get to talk to the General Manager, Bill... He said he understands my frustration, but in the end tells me (with a cocky look) to pound sand. I can't have the appliances today (or tomorrow).. I would need to wait for them to find out what happened. Then, he gives me a hard time in giving me a refund!!! Wouldn't even shake my hand when I left. The customer at BestBuy is horrible! But at the Auburn Hills location it's atrocious!
