Poor Experience with Price Match Policy
I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. They refused to price match a Samsung Ultra 8 watch with Walmart, coming up with excuses that the color wasn’t exactly the same — even though it was the same model. Instead of honoring their advertised price match guarantee, they kept trying to push their $50 membership just to extend the price match period by 60 days. It felt like a sales tactic rather than genuine customer service. I expected better transparency and integrity from Best Buy.
I had a fantastic experience at the Best Buy I visited recently. The store was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made shopping a breeze. The staff were not only friendly but also really knowledgeable, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. Plus, they had all the products I was looking for in stock. Overall, it was a really pleasant shopping trip, and I’d definitely recommend this Best Buy location.

Whoever thought closing at 8pm was a good idea should be fired. Used to be able to count on Best Buy

Had to do a pickup order and I went into the store to pick up a few extra things. The gentleman who rang me out was super nice and even talked to me about the TCG cards I was buying. Pleasant visit.
