I had great customer assistance as soon as I walked in the door. Then met with an associate in the department I needed help in. Took a bit to find what I wanted, then I eventually found it myself. But still great assistance

Every single employee apparently busy... Clearly all chit chatting with other customers and employees. No one available to simply give me an item. A cheap item that's locked behind glass for no reason. Not to mention the prices for a few things in the store are literally a rip off. I ordered the exact same thing brand new on Amazon for literally half the price. The one in Rochester Hills went out of business and I can guess which stores are next! Looking forward to this whole company going out of business!

Do not buy from Best Buy on Amazon. The TV I purchased was pixelated black and green and would shut off. I wanted an even exchange because I had gotten a sale price. Best Buy would only do a refund through Amazon even though I picked it up at best buy and returned it to best buy. Now I have to buy a TV somewhere at full price.

We have purchased many items from this business but apparently with a receipt they won’t take returns over a certain amount of days. We have only had this product for less than a month, yet they wouldn’t even give us a store credit. We will never give this company any more of our money and will be letting our friends know to not give their money to this company either. Sad they have lost loyal customers over this “policy”
