This review isn’t indicative of the store rather an employee. I went to the cell phone counter to exchange and install a zagg screen protector. I noticed 2 employees with an elderly gentleman. I figured I’d wait a little bit as to not interrupt. When I saw one of the employees walk away for a little bit I approached and had told him I wanted to exchange and install my screen protector. He just said okay and walked away to do who knows what. He didn’t really acknowledge me or say anything like “I’d be with you in a moment” or radio or call for someone who could help me. I decided I’d wait for a bit. I was in the immediate area. After a while of doing who knows what he goes back to chatting with the elderly gentleman, while the other employee was actually helping him. I waited for a long while. It wasn’t until I proceeded to walk away that he goes “ I’m sorry man, did you ever get someone to help you?” I consider myself a pretty patient person, but when he asked me that, it made me upset. Mainly because I had little to no acknowledgement from him earlier, only to be acknowledged after an eternity. I know I can exchange screen protectors at the front of the store, but if I wanted it installed I get redirected to the cell phone counter. So I figured I’d just exchange it, and install it myself. When he asked me if I had gotten help, as I was walking away, it felt disrespectful. At that point I figured I’d just leave the store. Maybe I’m in the wrong, or maybe not. But at least some form of communication would’ve went a long way.
