Not worth your time! Ordered a brand new set of headphones that came opened. Tried to exchange in store but manager couldn’t even take the time to walk to the front and look at the package. Shop someplace where they actually care about the customer.

We dealt with Yovan from the Geek Squad, exceptional service. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. He helped us twice within a week. I tried to speak to a manager to share my thoughts regarding their employee but no one came in a timely manner.

Josh at order pick up is the best!!! He was so sweet and helpful, even when other coworkers in order pick up weren’t. This guy is the best example of great customer service. He saved the day for my kitties and their new litter robot. Thanks Josh!!! 😻
