Fantastic Customer Service Experience with getting help setting up an Appointment with Their Geek Squad. Called today about an Issue I am having with my phone and they were able to get me an Appointment the next day. They are very friendly and will go out of there way to help you get your whatever you need fixed, fixed as quickly as possible. Spoke with Pratham and it was a wonderful experience he is incredible at making you feel like you are the only customer that matters, very attentive and will go out of his way to help you get what ever problem you are Having resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible. Best Customer Service experience and Person I have ever spoken too in my Life and I am very Greatful that he was able and that I got him as my representative when I called Best Buy. I am very Grateful to have spoken to him and if you have the pleasure of getting him as the person helping you with your needs you are in Very good hands.
