Geek squad was a big help!
It is impossible to check status of work order. I am disappointed in the customer service. I shared the information with the call center including phone number, email, and work order number directly from the paperwork and I am told it is not accurate or it doesn’t exist. I just want to speak to a human at the store where I purchased the item. When I reach the call center and ask to be transferred to the store, the phone was disconnected multiple times.
I give them 1 star. On my app it literally says "Please make sure an adult 18 or older is home to sign for your delivery.* which I had two adults plus my wife present because I was at work and they still left with my dryer? And now even if I reschedule my appointment the same thing might happened, so I'll just cancel my order and do my business elsewhere. Such a shame I love shopping with best buy. I don't have the trucking company information that did this so here I am.
