The fact that you cannot call the store directly is annoying in itself. I drove quite a ways and waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be told they did not have the product that I was looking for, even though the people I talked to on the phone 10 minutes earlier told me that they had multiple in stock.
After following up with the phone number provided, I guess the definition of “In-Stock” has changed and now means that it is not at the stores but available to order. I wish I had known before I came out here!

First time at this location. Got great service, staff was friendly. I’m glad Best Buy is still around where you can browse all your electronics. Had a great time got what I needed, also looked around for future buys. Thank you
