Do not, under any circumstances, use Best Buy's supposed professional services! They will damage your home in the course of doing their work which will never be he same again. Me, and a friend of mine in Florida, had similar terrible services with Best Buy. That's more than just a coincidence!
RESPONSE BACK TO OWNER:
The damage was to in-wall electrical wiring done by the installation of a TV mount. And I filed a claim and was reimbursed by Best Buy's insurance company. But not ONCE did I speak to ANYONE at Best Buy who cared about this customer's home being damaged and potential fire hazard.
