Worst store I’ve ever been to. I recently bought the new Samsung s26 I paid 1grand in dollar bills . The guy at the register didn’t even know 50 bills of 20 make 1thousand dollars . He had to get some other guy to count it form him. The guy counted 1 grand the first time . Then he recounted it and he counted 980 . At the time I didn’t even realize he said that because I knew for a fact it was 1grand . I paid the rest in hundred bills till they asked for more money , I thought I was gonna get some change back but no. I was 20 dollars short . The staff refused to recount the money and I ended up losing 20 dollars . I know 20 dollars doesn’t matter but it’s not about that . It’s about how you treat your costumers . They need people that actually know how to count se god damn money . Will never be back to this location .

Customer service is horrible; they can't even type in a correct address, and when you ask to speak to a manager, they claim one isn't available, just nonchalant and rude. I can't get my money returned back to me, and I'm forced to wait untill the next shipment arrives. This is my first bad experience with Best Buy and my last. ✌🏾
