Alex really helped me decide on what TV to buy.
I ordered a 99$ 40 inch television and they cancelled it before I could get it, and I couldn't even get my money back, don't ever come here.

I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy because of Sara at the Geek Squad! I came in for my appointment frustrated with a computer issue, and was SO lucky to have been helped by Sara! She was incredibly personable, positive, and helpful. She listened to my problem, shared valuable insight into what to do to solve the problem, and was fun to talk to while she fixed it. I'll definitely be back to this store because of this experience. Thanks again, Sara - you made my day! :)
If you have Verizon or are thinking about switching, talk to Blaze. She knows her stuff and is a really kind and honest person. You can trust her to have your best interest in mind 🙂
