The first time I went there I got really good help the second and third time was so bad I won't be returning
I bought a charger for my android here. Works 100% like the original. Im done buying useless crap from Amazon that works for 2 months
They stopped carrying chromecast hd's months ago but still carry the chromecast 4k's. Despite being months, both still have shelf slots and employees will try to up sell the more expensive one when you find lut the regular ones are no longer available.
Did you know thats illegal? Thats called a "bait and switch" and is a form of fraud 😯 yeah! So dont go here or they'll "bait and switch" you!

Visiting a Best Buy nowadays is a dismal experience. Nearly impossible to find help. 20 years ago, you'd find 5 people per department on the floor, now, you're lucky to find 5 people in the entire store. No one is specialized in any one thing, so you get a bunch of know-nothing people just trying to make it to their lunch break or check-out time. Online shopping is fine, but it's painful when you actually have to visit one of these stores to buy something. Good luck.
