What to say. There are many issues that I could list but I will list the two that cost them my business. We had bought a Laptop PC in Texas for the mother in law before we moved. One we got here to Battle Creek, Michigan, we needed some items like plugs, UPS, Laptop, etc.... We went to the best buy in BC and purchased another Laptop for my mother. The manager and sales member committed retail arbitrage. Basically returned something they did not have (the 1st laptop and warranty) and resold it again with upgraded total home protection and the new laptop. I used to work in retail and this is basic fraud to the company from the employee. I imagine he was paid commission for the sale is why he returned something that was 1200 miles away. The 2nd issue is the annual cc fee of $59.00. I do not even know what to say about this except they charge you a $59.00 annual fee just to have the card. I will not communicate via Google. If you want to talk, I should be easy to find since my name is shown and there is a closed account matching said name. Recommendation - Use Amazon
