RIOS IS THEE! BEST! TECH SPECIALIST who actually cares about his customers. Looked at every possible solution to the problem with my laptop I brought in today. Diligently took the time to explain all options available by tier. Thouroughly checked online reciepts and physical receipts to resolve the issue with my warranty (lack there of different location department error) all while being polite, friendly and professional.
Above and beyond does not describe Rios work ethic, customer service, and knowledge of his craft.
Made me comfortable with my purchase an allowed me a million and one question without hesitation or frustration.
Explained all selections available at my price range and needs, I feel he honestly cared about my situation an did his utmost diligence to provide me with exactly what I needed an as a bonus, information about the MY bestbuy total membership and the benefits it allotted.

Purchased a remote control stater for my 2023 Toyota Rav 4 to be installed on August 29th. The day I purchased it I was told it would take 2 hours to install. Dropped my car off this morning (August 29th) at 10am and was told it would take 4 hours! Had I know this I would have had someone follow me so I’m not just wandering around. It’s been 4 hours and my car is still NOT done. When I call the store number I don’t even get the store I get a call center representative! I will never recommend anyone to have a remote starter installed here
