My wife and I shopped Menard's, Lowe's and then Best Buy for a new washer and dryer at our home. We found the best deal and service with Best Buy! Even after I ordered the wrong dryer (order electric and I have gas), the Best Buy Center made the exchange and rescheduled the delivery and install over the PHONE! They made the change effortless! And I saved about $250 on the purchase as compared to the other two stores mentioned above!!! I am glad I shopped around and will be doing a lot more shopping at Best Buy in the future! Especially for computers and electronics, I like to see and hold things before I buy...getting to dislike Amazon for these important purchases!!!
