The manager was rude to my foreign exchange students who went in to but MacBooks. He was condescending and not helpful. I do not recommend this person.

I was in recently to get the battery replaced on my iPhone. They didn’t have the part in stock and they had to order it. I had to pay up front for it and did so. I received a call saying the part was in store now. I had also just been diagnosed with Bronchitis. I recently received a second call telling me I only have a certain amount of time before they cancel the repair, even though I already paid for it. I have until Friday 10/25/24. I tried to call the store back to let them know what was going on and my plan. All I got was a stupid bot who then transferred me to a foreign call person probably from another country, who refused to transfer me to the location I wanted. He told me that the store doesn’t take calls. When I call the phone number listed for the Battle Creek, Michigan Best Buy, I expect to get that store!!!!!! Your stores rating has now seriously dropped!
