We purchased a washer and dryer and when we tried to use them, we had problems. Best Buy was all full of grandiose statements about the service on the Maytags. Well, now there is a one-hour wait on the phone to talk to anyone and a huge delay to the "Geek Squad" at the store without one bit of service. They can pick up their product. Service, customer service, is very important and we're not getting it.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The poor worker was left unsure what to say as a pickup we had ordered just wasn’t there. It said ready in 1 hour, we went to pick it up a full 24hrs later. And it just wasn’t there.
They then said that maybe they gave the stock to a customer who walked in?! Why would you do that, it was fully paid! This wasn’t a hold it was paid for in full. I don’t know why this would be policy.
Now we have to redirect the order wasting more time since this was out of the way.
