I bought a phone. After 2 replacements was told they will not replace the 3rd phone as you only get 2 with the geek squad total care. I was not told on the second replacement ans was charged another year of total care which which does not cover anything fir the phone. Now I can call a 800 number and cancel and ask for a refund. What a joke. I will never purchase anything from best buy again.

I've purchased quite a few things from this Best Buy. Just picked up a 43in 4K Amazon smart TV for 150$, hooked it up last night and it works great!
