Sold my grandma "the best wireless headset available" just for it to work 4 times then start having technical issues, I am no longer able to use the mic to talk, don't know why they would sell outdated a20 astro headsets while saying they're great. Pretty insane
I purchased a cable online. it was ready when I got there and everybody was friendly and helpful. sometimes the simplest transactions reveal the biggest truths.

Manager Michael was extremely knowledgeable & helpful in finding the products I needed to help me purchase for my family.
Got phone "fixed" here but it works worse than my old phone. My screen was cracked but fine, however now? It's slow, over heats, and the memeory card says it's the same size but it's so full even though it has less on it bc I didn't transfer photos and videos? Honestly, if you need to exchange, dodge this place lol.
