Two weeks ago purchased a 65 inch TVA soundbar, a washer and a dryer. TV was supposed to come today between 7 and 11. Nobody showed up nobody called. I just spent over an hour on hold talked to four different people and I still can't get a straight answer as to what's going on I just canceled $4000 worth of purchases because Best Buy and Geek Squad can't answer a simple question. You told me you were gonna bring you your stuff today between 7 and 11 didn't show up. And I wasn't important enough to notify. I had no problem with the fact that the weather slowed you down or somebody didn't come to work. What I don't accept is nobody giving me the common courtesy of a phone call, as I'm sitting there on a workday, trying to get my stuff. Useless. Off to Costco I guess. I will take some responsibility for the bad decision if I would have actually read the reviews I would have run away screaming. There are more one star reviews than I've ever seen.
Customer service is almost zero. There are too many competitors in this race to have and accept low level customer service. I think just bought the last items from Best Buy.

Clean in the store. Was decently busy. I went around 6/7 pm. Their outdide/curbside service was on point. The only thing upsetting was the trash around the parking lot from the highway or the street.
