The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are limited to the amount of help they can offer only because the company itself demands that they charge the customers for these services unless you pay the yearly cost of 179. To have a best buy membership. Wtf ...... I can't understand why you not only have to pay for the merchandise but you the customers are responsible to pay for their employees wages. I mean you should work in a field or area that you're familiar with so
that your expertise is being used to help those around you. No not here at Best Buy, it's not too help the customers it's so you can charge the customers to line the bank accounts for the company. What a shame ..............

Charged a membership fee that I didn’t realize a year ago when I made a large purchase on a game system- so this year it automatically renewed and they won’t refund it. They cancelled it, but will not issue a refund. $50 was taken from my account. Seriously? I don’t even shop here often; maybe once every five years. Now I definitely won’t shop there again. I’m good on that scam.
