I had to get a new phone today and thank God the young lady with brown short hair was there. Her and the other associates helped me very fast, and I was a lil upset so she was able to help me calm down. Best customer service because I didn't have to pay anything because they found my warranty. Great service and sweet staff. Thank you best buy!
I came in with my grandma to switch her from a smartphone to a flip phone. The staff were super kind & helpful, and Bronwen specifically went above & beyond for us, helping us find the right fit for her based on her current plan. She was very patient with us & we appreciated it so much!

Two months ago I purchased a watch (a pixel) that detects when you fall and notifies someone you know or the ambulance. Well for them to set the watch up you must pay $100 and the salesman said anyone who could read could do it so we left.
Our son-in-law set it up as he has handled all our computer problems. Two weeks ago I fell and cut my leg and a week ago I fell again only this fall knocked me out and I ended up in the ER and was there most of the night. Neither time did the watch alert anyone or call the paramedics. I took the watch back to Best Buy to get my money back and was told I couldn't get a refund because it was two weeks after the return date and I had to return to the manufacturer. Instead of the gentleman quickly looking at it he let this 87 year old person with two black eyes; a hand swollen 3 times larger than the other hand;a knot above my eye sticking almost an inch; bruises on my face and right arm which was completely black walk out the door saying there was nothing they could do. I would have expected that any person to at least looked at the watch and see if there's something simple that he could have done in a minute or two .
So to him I say if I were your momma I would be so proud of you making this 87 year old go through all the hassle of trying to figure out this watch problem when you could have done it in minutes. I expect a company who sells a product have it ready and set up to wear out the door without paying another $100 . So I will never buy anything from any Best Buy and I will certainly make sure everyone I know passes this word along. Beware!!!
