I went to get my laptop from bestbuy repaired after an error when I factory reset my laptop. I went into best buy to have it fixed. I was told 2-4 weeks to get it shipped under warranty or 100$ then and there. I went home.
At home, I googled how to open the control panel, opened my Laptop pressed ctrl alt esc, pressed on cloud recovery and fixed it myself in less than 3 minutes.
The gentleman himself who helped me told me himself that the issue was that I had pressed cloud recovery when I factory reset. The employee service here was very good however, I just think a better error database would be nice, which I was expecting from Best Buy of all places.
The laptop from here was only good for 3 months until the auto repair loop error that caused me to have to factory reset, and I still have no clue why that happened. expected better from an $1800 laptop
