I have to give a shout out to Brian and Matt who helped me on Black Friday. I am sure they had both had long days, but they were really helpful in canceling an in-store pick-up order I had placed, finding me a new item to buy, and helping my mom purchase her phone. They were patient and very competent. I had been standing at the Geek Squad desk for ~15 minutes without any help or acknowledgement from the two people working there, one of whom was just chatting with a family he had already checked out. I finally asked someone to call over additional help and Brian and Matt came to the rescue!

Bought a washing machine tonight from this location. I am satisfied with the product, the machine works great. I want to thank Terry for the assistance getting the machine into my vehicle. He was patient and kind... Had to debox the machine to get it into the car, thank you Terry, you are amazing!!!
This location appears to have become an internet fulfillment center. Went in at 11 am on Monday November 25 to buy a tablet. I had already shopped, and came into the store to purchase the item.
No one at the computer center in the back of the store, there were a couple of sales people storewide but as a customer you feel invisible. There must have been 10 people in the computer area alone, all looking for sales assistance.
It appears the strategy is to get you to buy on line for delivery or in store pick up so that they can sell or use your data however they want.
Forget this location if you want to make an in store purchase.

This type of response is indicative of everything that is wrong with this location. The response ignores the issue that I and numerous others have cited at this store, and replaced it with an attempt to gather further data from a would be customer.
Escalation to the proper team? Good luck, I wanted to escalate my now worthless visit to a quick purchase. Hope you have better luck than I did!
Second edit...I went to Costco and purchased the exact item for $34 less than the tablet and carrying book would have cost at Best Buy. In and out in 20 minutes.

Poor management & leadership = terrible customer experience. Item not delivered. Made 3 trips to the store trying to resolve. Still not resolved.
