Not sure who dropped the ball Brighton or Ann Arbor both as far as I'm concerned both (my husband feels a bit different) Brighton sold us a just under $500 radio set up install in ann arbor, drove an hour to ann arbor for install, where told oh this won't fit, can spend another $200 for a different harness. No we are good returned everything and will be the last thing we ever buy at Best buy, not one single employee gave any shit about our time or to take a look in the 2 weeks leading up to the install but you sure took our $500. We have a card from here that will now be closed after the way this situation was handled. Go anywhere else but best buy for anything!

Today I walked into Best buy to buy a TV. Nick was there to greet and help me. You found just the right TV. Explain why it would be the Best buy for me. He also helped me get everything I needed to set up the new TV and one that has already been purchased. Thank you Nick for your great service. You made my purchase so easy.

Waste of time at Geek Squad. Allowed me to schedule an appointment, saw the issue ahead of time, had me come in to the store and then within 15 seconds told me there was nothing they could do. Complete waste of time.
