Went in... wondered around lost looking for someone... when I was asked what I was looking for and they walked me over and walked away... never asked what type I was looking for or what kind... I'll go somewhere people want to actually help you and sell something

I was told 2 day shipping on my daughter’s laptop for school. After the product was still not coming after 4 days, I opted for a refund. After agreeing to a refund I was told to wait 72 hours. That period has also lapsed. It would have been Monday. Today is Wednesday. No refund. Best Buy has my $1,059 still. I had to buy one from a local Costco, which did have everything in stock. My daughter was able to have a laptop for school, but no thanks to the Best Buy operation, which again, has not refunded my money. I’ve been told several times to be patient. And I was. Now my bank will need to open its own investigation. Maybe I’m being defrauded. Not sure at this point.
