Came here to exchange my AirPods that were still under apple care, and I also have geek squad support. I was waiting for over 40 minutes for a simple exchange. It was clear to me that nobody wanted to assist me, they kept pushing me back and forth with the geek squad and the other service desks. Almost an hour and a half later after pushing me back and forth (by the way this is a simple exchange), ended up telling me I had to be assisted at the Novi location. The whole time I was there, they made me feel isolated and like I’m doing something wrong. Horrible service, don’t know what they’re doing, and trust me I don’t write bad reviews unless the business operates poorly like this BestBuy location.
Their cashier Vic is absolutely incredible! Our brief interaction left a mark on my day, he is such a sweet, ambitious young man!! You guys have an amazing worker on your hands :)
Keep up your hard work Vic, and keep smiling, it’s awfully contagious.
