Best buy customer service center has been shipped overseas and they cannot speak English. They lied to me and said they canceled my geek squad membership charged me anyways and took 100 points off my credit report history cuz I didn't pay the bill cuz I thought it was canceled. Best buy screwed me and I will never shop there again.

Was happy with the customer service at the store, and purchased a dishwasher and paid a $150 installation fee, plus the kit fee. A third party came to install the dishwasher and that third party also charged us a $100 fee for a wrap around dishwasher install. We have purchased 5 dishwashers and have had the same wrap around install and have never had to pay an additional fee. This is completely unacceptable…$250 to install a dishwasher???? Not only that…but the third party didn’t even put the hose in properly and took a shortcut. We will be going through Lowe’s or Home Depot for our appliances from now on.
