Horrible customer service. I spoke with the manager (George) who was not aware of their return policy or warranty department. He had to ask another employee for verification. I Bought two Samsung TVs and was advised they only offer a 15 day return policy if the TV stops workings. They also said they do not honor manufacturer warranty through the store.

This place was absolutely amazing. I got helped out by a guy named Nik as well as I didn’t get his name but a younger guy in high school that had curly hair. They both did a great job and helped with all my needs.
