Had to return an item that was previously exchanged. Cashier's were having trouble returning it for some reason which is not their fault. Manager with glasses and spikey hair came over and helped right away. Really nice manager and cashier's. I recommend this Best Buy.

I went in for an online pick up order. Staff was nice and helpful. It was easy and quick pick up.
All the people on the floor were so helpful, especially the manager, Eric. He made me feel calm even with all the stress of trying to pick a new laptop during Black Friday. There was another guy with red curly hair who was very knowledgable as well which led me to my decision. I love my new laptop! Thank you :)

Best Buy is a TERRIBLE place to buy appliances - particularly refrigerators! Best Buy violates their own policies for delivery and does NOT care about consumers - not even people who are disabled and retired! The Best Buy staff even swore at my 78-year-old mother! The Best Buy Manager refused to call us back! And the Best Buy Manager even filed a report against a facebook post I wrote explaining the TERRIBLE experience I had with Best Buy! I can prove this with a screenshot!
I will now explain the SEVERE LIST of TERRIBLE THINGS Best Buy and the delivery company called "Pilot" did to us on THREE SEPARATE DATES,. This cost us hundreds of dollars in ruined food, and ruined our Thanksgiving!
NOTICE: I tried telling the whole story, but Google does NOT allow enough characters for the text to be written. So, I had to leave a LOT out!
We ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator from the Chesterfield Best Buy in October. Delivery was scheduled for November 15. My mom told Best Buy, "Make sure you notify me of the delivery time by phone and not email. I'm 78 years old and don't use a computer well. The only reason I have an email address is because Best Buy insists an email address be used for my Best Buy account."
The Best Buy website showed the Whirlpool delivery as, "Between 7am to 7pm on November 15, 2025" the entire time.
As a result, we contacted DTE to schedule our refrigerator to be taken out of our home on November 14. We did this because DTE pays $50 for a refrigerator. In comparison, Best Buy charges $60 to take a refrigerator. That is a difference of $110.
We bought ice and stored the food. We thought all that food needed to be stored for only one day, until November 15.
But when November 15 arrived, it got to be 9am and we still had not received a phone call from Best Buy. The Best Buy website still said the Whirlpool refrigerator was arriving "Between 7am and 7pm." I called (800) BEST-BUY and asked, "What four-hour time period should I expect the refrigerator to be delivered in?" Best Buy said, "We cannot delivery your refrigerator today. The soonest we can delivery this Whirlpool refrigerator is December 6."
We said, "BUT THAT MEANS THREE WEEKS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR! WE CANNOT DO THAT!"
Best Buy's website is SO TERRIBLE that even until late November 16, the Whirlpool refrigerator continued to say, "7am to 7pm on November 15."
I got online and ordered an LG refrigerator model LTCS20020W, because that was the soonest delivery - on November 20.
But when Best Buy delivered this LG refrigerator, Best Buy REFUSED to bring the refrigerator into the house! The delivery man simply did NOT want to take the refrigerator doors off!
The Best Best Buy delivery man even was SWEARING at my 78-year-old mother! I have this on video recording!
The delivery guys left the refrigerator on the porch. I thought this meant I could call Best Buy and another delivery team could bring it into the house the same day. But, that did NOT happen!
Best Buy said, "We can't ask another delivery team to come to your house today. Our computers don't update for 48 hours."
I was told, "Order another LG refrigerator and schedule it for delivery for November 25. Ask for a different delivery team."
November 25 arrived and Best Buy brought another LG refrigerator. I even had the handle removed from the door to add an extra inch of space. The doors still needed to be removed, but there would be more clearance. But, Best Buy AGAIN REFUSED to bring the refrigerator into the house!
A man named "Kevin" from "Pilot" delivery measured the door at 31" and said, "I'm not bringing it in, because I like an inch of clerance on each side."
I said, "The Best Buy website shows the LG LTCS20020W is 29" wide when the doors are removed."
Kevin said, "Nah. That LG one is about 29-and-three-quarters wide," even though it was still in the box!
I said, "Even if you are right, there would still be over a half inch on each side for clearance." But Kevin said, "I like an inch on each side, so I'm not doing it."
Thanksgiving was RUINED!
