I got a PS5, here so I consider it to be a good place with friendly and funny staff had no problem checking out.
Bought a PS4 PRO and noticed the seal was already broken when I got home. Either sold as used or someone that works there doing something. 11/22/2025

Very good service when you walk in, there is a person who helps you immediately. I thought I saved a lot of time because of him.
And the time I saved. I lost multifold of that in billing. The queue is not big, but despite there been many billing counters, most agents partner to be busy and do not entertain check outs. There's just one slow and active counter.
