I used to love Best Buy. I will never return. I pre-ordered an item in June for my son's birthday. Upon release of the item I was informed it was on "backorder". That's strange because they only sell the amount of pre-orders they are set to receive. I was assured my order would not be cancelled and that I WOULD DEFINITELY receive my item. Now today my order was cancelled because they cannot fulfill my order. This place wont exist in a few years anyway but I WAS one of the few loyal customers they had remaining. Never again!

Trying to find a charger for a watch. I'm not sure if they even had one or not. About 8 employees walked by me without even a greeting. The only worker who acknowledged me said "those chargers are hard to find" and walked away. What a huge store that never seems to have what I need. Best Buy used to be cool to shop at before whatever it turned into now. I will not return. What a waste of time that was.
