I had a great experience here! I came in looking for a new laptop. Lukas from the Geek Squad provided excellent service. He was very kind and personable. He listened to me and gave me his honest and best advice for my needs. Very knowledgeable. Then, Jay assisted in the check-out process. He even asked if I had any further questions about the laptop before checking out! He was kind and very helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

I took my laptop in cause it had veruis and young lady help took me that it don't get veruis she rebooted my laptop .I not much help didn't know my password and forgot my phone number too.thanks from the bald guy

Listen up people I'm not from MI I'm just a visitor and I will say Im a very happy customer of this best buy, so today I went to look for some computer parts to get an idea of my expense and a kind and friendly gentleman name Liam was assisting me now Liam sorry if I spell your name wrong in advance but anyhow he was a great help to me in reference to what I was looking for so if anyone looking for help in that department check Liam out and also on my way out I spoke to a young lady about the phones her name is Adriana hopefully I spelt her name correct too but she listen to my conseurn and took action to help and I was very pleased so check her out when u visite becauss when I'm ready to shop they are the ones I'm going to. So thank you for the great hospitality excellent customer service if I could give more stars I would buy with that said keep up the marvelous work see u again soon.

Outside of building was dirty with trash everywhere, employees standing around chatting and joking. Went in for a electronic which nobody could give me any information on.. things for sale they no longer carry.. hot mess
