We had the absolute best experience at Best Buy today with Chromebook advisor Holly. We told her what we were looking for and she was able to but all the things needed together and get the best computer needed to help with our business. Thank you so much Holly. I learned more in 20 mins about the products Best Buy offer than I have in a while. You are the best. Highly recommend working with Holly. She’s the absolute best! 😊
If I could give zero stars I would. Best Buy sold me an under counter, installed ice machine, and I purchased the extended warranty. It is plumbed into my house with a waterline and a drain under a granite counter. When I called because it stopped working. They told me I had to bring it in!!! Joe from the geek squad was not in the least bit understanding of the fact that this is a built-in appliance. They then charged me $99 for service call that they refused to make. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid this company.
I highly recommend Best Buy for any technology needs. I’m not tech savvy whatsoever. I was sent to Best Buy from the Apple Store. Sam helped me with everything I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. Great experience. Highly recommend him.
Best Buy is where I get most of my electronic stuff. There is not much helpful help here but the one gentleman who did help me was pretty good. This one gets an 8 out of 10
