Bought a $4,000 tv and scheduled the delivery and setup for 2 weeks out. The day before delivery they canceled the delivery. I'm forced to reschedule a week out at least. Their position was oh well....your not a priority. I suggest you buy it from someone else who might keep their word. They are real happy to take your money then dont bother them. You can't reach the store by phone only a call center in India....Everything these days is expensive but when the service sucks also???? Luckily ABC warehouse across the road not only matched but beat the price. I cancelled the order and went with them. Just need to cancel my b.b. card...
