Told to return in 3 hours for my iPhone repair. Screen quit working. Still could get calls and texts without be able to read or answer them. Pretty easy to predict it was water damage from the cracks and harsh winter. My fault there. Came back 3 hours later to be told a replacement would be shipped to the store in a few days. No email or any indication that was the only route without any other options. Still have yet to get any documentation of this route I was forced. All due to water damage apparently rusting the inside of the phone. Took 3 hours to figure that out? I doubt it and the lack of communication is reflective of their overall service.
