Great customer service. Asked for an item, they found where it was in the store, it wasnt on the shelf, they went to the back to get one from the back and without me even asking brought out the item I was looking for and a open box version at a very good reduced price and asked me which one I wanted. Very good customer service.
Everyone was so kind! Especially the people at the entrance. I’ve had a “bummy” past few days as someone keeps stealing my Amazon order of beats and Adidas shoes— mind you, they’re stealing from a Black woman who earned her Masters degree & works really hard to afford a couple nice things.
I decided to buy beats through Best Buy as they offer in-store pick up. The employees were so kind, it made my day! I hope the people on staff can be celebrated or rewarded. You never know what someone’s going through and the kindness I was shown really mattered! Not a lot of people are kind to Black women.
Return policy is only 15 days. I tried to return an unopened USB flash drive and the manager was very dismissive. They want you to spend more money on the "membership" plans and, apparently, don't care about customer service.

Looking for a 14" laptop. Saw only 4. Rest were 15 and 16". Several in Chromebook, dont like Chromebooks.
