Decent place, didn't like the way I felt followed around but in today's society I kinda understand why.
This applies to GeekSquad: I won't trust these people with another machine again. They explicitly ignored directions and only caused more problems.
They did do what I paid them for, but they did more harm than good.

Zachary from Samsung was probably the most helpful and kindest guy I’ve ever met to at any store. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. Will definitely take the inconvenience to come back to the store to purchase the products at the store because they deserve it!
