Best Buy Holland

Tried to contact the store to see if an item was on display so I could see/hear it before making a purchase. I called the number listed and got a call center in some other location. The person told me that they were not able to get me in contact with the store and that I would have to drive there. If I cant call the store and see if an item is on display for viewing prior to making a purchase without wasting my time and money to drive there, then I will just purchase it from somewhere else that will answer the phone and my questions.

Everytime I come to this store I do have a bad experience I had went to look for tablets for my son and I was point in the right direction by the greeter I greatly appreciate it but when I asked about information about the tablets he did give me pricing but he was very nonchalant about it when I asked like what's the difference between the tablet I wanted and the others he said they work like every other tablet this was around 5:00 in the afternoon I've bought things from this establishment and honestly I feel like I'm watching into a trap . There is alot of coaching that needs to be done at this store . Just one of those prejudice stores in holland . I've only seen one African American at this store and he did a better job than anyone else . Even wanted to buy an iPhone 17 out right but they just didn't seem to care

I have taken my laptop here several times and I have received the best help in record time.

Do not have Best Buy install any appliances. They do not complete the job correctly. When you call them to come back out to correct the Problem they put you off for 1 week. Terrible customer service. The install person originally who came out couldn’t even speak English. Hello!! This is America!!!!
