Purchased and had new car radio installed 5 weeks ago, total cost $1100.00 including back up camera installed
Radio sometimes just quits working period! Left 4 messages over the last 5 days with no response.
As far as I’m concerned, this Holland, Mi store suck when it comes to customer service. They just don’t give a shit

Customer service on phone is the worst. I had a question about remote starter for the installer but the system has 0 options to talk to the store.i waited 20mins on hold for a rep and they couldn't help so i had to drive to the store for answers.. dont waste your time with the automated system of you want results
