This store needs to be shut down, they allowed someone to use a fake Best Buy card in my name at this location without identifying the guy first. I’ve shopped here before so I should already be in their system. This is unacceptable and I urge people to stop shopping at Best Buy as they do not protect their customers.

I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the store felt disorganized and unwelcoming. The floors were dirty, shelves were cluttered, and several display units looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in quite some time. The overall atmosphere was not inviting—employees seemed disengaged and no one greeted me or offered assistance.

Store manger Dan gave no resolution to his employees misinformation. He only tried to dodge and pass the buck on to other forms of support when all lines of support referred back to the store manager. Dan’s advice to me was to never trust his staff and only go by what the receipt tells you. I deliberately went into the store to purchase a product online because I was confused about the return policy. Advised by a store rep I had 60 days to return the product because I’m a plus member. Turned out not to be the case. I only was given 14 days to return the product. I feel as if no responsibility is being taken from the store. What’s the point of having reps in the store if I have to take sole responsibility. Lack of training. Lack of ownership taken by the manager. No resolutions offered by the manager. Corporate advised me to go to another store for service. Understood.
