GIFTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE even with a gift receipt. You have 14 days to return the item from the original purchase date and a gift receipt doesn't change this. You can only return items if you pay them $50 to be a member, which is just a greedy cash grab. What's the point of a gift receipt if not to extend the return date? I guess I won't support this local store anymore and will be buying the rest of my gifts elsewhere. Unless you are a last minute shopper, you are screwed if there is an issue with the order.
I won't be shopping at bestbuy anymore. I have always tried to shop local to support the business' in the area, but since they are willing to screw me over during the holidays, I don't support them.
