This location has lost its Apple partnership and because of that has a habit of sending customers that it has sold devices to back to their carriers when there is an issue with their Apple IDs. Those carriers are obviously unable to fix the Apple ID issues. Some retraining about how to use Apple support would be appreciated. I have been informed by the Best Buy response that my information was incorrect. But it that is the case then why are they sending paying customers to their carriers to fix Apple account issues?

I really like Best Buy in Holland, but the last couple of times I've been there the staff always feel like they are trying to hurry up and get me out of the store. I appreciate they want to help me find things, but I don't even feel like I have enough time to think when they ask, 'Is there anything else I can help you find?" I said I don't think so because I was thinking about it. They went right to, "I can help you checkout over here." And I'm like can I have a min to think, heck maybe even see if there's something else I might want to buy? But no they stand next to you until you come with them. Not everyone is comfortable with the pressure and lack of personal space.
