Site says available, called ahead to double check, go in and nope so ordered from Amazon got it next day and saved $20.00.

Came in to buy a tablet and seems staff is more interested in talking to each other than selling merchandise. Store has become extremely disappointing.

We were provided an exceptional customer experience from Patrick. Although he is a part of the Geek Squad team, he was quick to step in when additional help was needed in the laptop section. Patrick is knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. He is a living reminder of what is missing from online purchases.
