Worse place to deal with warranty paid for a warranty on my headphones till April 4 2026 they won’t warranty them an the manager was extremely worthless an very rude

I brought my iPhone in for a screen protector replacement as the original one they put on cracked. When the phone was returned to me I was told by the Geek Squad employee that there was a decent size scratch on the actual screen of my phone (completely on the opposite side of where the screen protector cracked). I asked how that was possible as it was not there before I brought it in. He replied “I don’t know what to tell you, it was there when we removed the screen protector”. They installed a Zagg “extreme glass” screen protector on it for me the day I got the phone and it was on ever since. This is the 2nd issue I have had in a row with Geek Squad, very disappointing.
