I was looking for Bluetooth earbuds for my new tv. Picked out some JVC's and asked a tech if they would work. He gave me good advice, suggested a fix and said I should get the same brand as my TV. Saved me from returning product to the store.

I will NEVER believe a Best Buy associate again. They literally have no idea what they're talking about. It's quite pathetic actually. To talk someone into buying a MORE expensive product after trying to refund the original by telling them it's more power, better made and a more modern concept when in reality everything you say is false. Should actually be grounds for termination! They're unbelievably ignorant when it comes to technology.

Very disappointed - Best buy normally have great services but has gone downhill in many Best Buy locations including this :(
