We dropped off our old tv to be recycled and they gave us a $30 gift card. We then went to replace our tv with them and the model they recommended they did not have in store so they shipped to us. Was broken upon arrival. We returned it and went somewhere else to buy a tv off the shelf. Love the recycling but buy tv elsewhere.

Do NOT buy from here. I bought a brand new HP computer for school in March and it broke on me, I called and I was told I can exchange it for a new one. I go in the next day and im being told the factory Warrenty doesn't count, which is understandable but weird as I was told on the phone I could trade it in, the workers told me I should finance a new one when mine is barely 4 months old... even thought I quite obviously went there to exchange it in under warranty. I will never order from here again, as all the workers do is try and scam customers by getting them to finance another 800$ computer.
