All I wanted to know was how much it cost to unlock my phone That's all but what do I get The runaround from automated bot to automated bot to call center with bad attitudes seriously I just wanted to talk to a manager and ask how much it cost no now I have to leave a negative review like why do you guys outsource your calls when all you need to do is pick up the damn phone I 28sh I could give you -0

Probably the worst experience I've ever had from visiting this place. I love Best Buy. I go there most times to purchase my big items. My last visit in 2025 was for computers, I endes up purchasing two. This most recent was for a phone. I walked in and 5 employees just standing at the mobile center area. No one asked if I needed help or even asked if it was needed. A employee walked from the back of the store to finally ask. I let her know my phone was glitching and I likely needed a new phone. After a 5 min conversation Iwas told to wait a couple of months because the new phones were going to be announced. So I then asked for one that was in stock and she first had a hard time logging in to her own system. This is probably because she was more interested in the conversation she was having on her phone with whomever she was distracted with. Then I was told that she needed access to my account, got the text to let her in and she stared at her phone for a bit before she continued. Once again distracted. She tried looking up the promotion but then had to go ask someone whom knew what they were. She left, I walked over to three different displays to look at other products. I then walked back and all this time she was nowhere to be seen. Another employee then came and ask if I was being helped because she noticed I was just standing there for some time. I asked her to clear my info from the screen and said I would be back. As I'm walking out of the store in front of the building the employee popped out the store asking if I still wanted the information. Not "sorry I took so long " or "hey here you go on the info, let me know if you want to come back and buy this" anything other then do you still want that information. Like I just came in to waste time. It just felt like she did not want to help. Telling me to wait a couple of months to get a working phone and not even try to sell what they have. I went in so I wouldn't feel rushed because of other people on a busy weekend and get the time and attention that was needed to buy a phone, accessories, and upgrade my plan. Sorry Best Buy, BIG Fail.
