Tried to call my local store multiple times and got sent to Central America. Real classy Best Buy.

Worst customer service ever.. no local number to deal w any issues…geek squad is a joke… warning never buy anything from them… its not like the old Best Buy and if you have a problem all their promises and services are worthless

EMPLOYEE GAVE A STRANGER ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION! I got a notification that someone purchased an iPhone on my best buy account. Long story short. I thought it was identity theft, Police got the footage from Best Buy they got a search warrant for the guy who made the purchase on my account and it turns out he was not at fault. The Employee at Best Buy somehow sold this phone on my account and let him change the email and password to my account which has my payment methods on there. They told the officer and me to call corporate. This is Disgusting and Shady Behavior from this store. STAY AWAY THEY WILL GIVE STRANGERS ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
