Edit to the review yesterday..... So glad that someone responded quickly to the review. We figured that there would be a quick response due to the quick response to other reviews. Unfortunately the response is less than helpful. We, along with many others that we know, do not use social media. If there was a phone number available to actually speak with an employee it would be much more accommodating to the people who don't have social media accounts. As my wife searches and finds someone who can help her find something she needs in the store, then realized it would be better to get assistance from an employee, she searched for and found one. Upon approaching two young workers who were talking, she was "greeted" by one of those young people with "hey, what's up?" WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONALISM??? She did end up getting help and found what was needed. Then spent several minutes in a long line of customers waiting to check out. There was only one cashier, just like the last couple of visits. I know it's difficult to find good help these days, but a little bit of effort on the part of the employee to be a good representation of the company they're working for goes a long way with customers. And as a company, I wish you luck with finding better employees. This place keeps going down hill each time we visit. I am not sure if it's true or not, but I was told that the reason it's so hard to find an employee to help you here is because they used to get paid commissions and now they don't. If that statement is true, it sure explains a lot.

Had to get a new screen protector for my wife's phone, actually more bubbles in it now than before it was changed.
