Top-Notch Service and Knowledgeable Staff!
Okay, first things first: the parking lot at this Best Buy is a bit of a head-scratcher. The angled lines are...interesting, to say the least. But don't let that deter you! Once you're inside, you'll find a great store with friendly and helpful employees.
I recently bought a new Lenovo Yoga laptop from Eric, and he was fantastic. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me find the perfect model for my needs, and made the whole process a breeze. I got a great sale price and traded in my old laptop painlessly! A week later, I had a minor issue with the laptop, so I went back to see the Geek Squad. Josh was incredibly efficient and had me up and running again in no time.
What really impressed me was that Eric actually remembered me when I came back and said hello. It's that kind of personal touch that sets this Best Buy apart.
Overall, I highly recommend the Best Buy in Jackson. Just be prepared for a slightly confusing parking experience!
