The store Barely had any stock to look at, when I did find a a starlink roof mount, the salesman wouldn't let me look at it to see if it would work, he told I'd have to buy it, open it in the store and return it if I didn't like it. Ridiculous...

We bought a demo model TV that has a code on it, which won’t let us remove it off of demo mode. We came back to get the code so that we could put it in to use our TV. And they won’t give us the code because it’s apparently Best Buy’s security code of some kind. So they won’t even give it to us over the phone that we can just put it in and forget it immediately. Absolutely ridiculous will be returning and not coming back to Best Buy.

Very disappointed!!! Went to the store and they didn't have the product so they said they could order it and have it delivered to the house the next day. Of course that sounded great. We waited most of the day as they texted me saying it was on the by roadie. Then I checked the status and it said it was cancelled!!!! So I called the great best buy and got an AI person, finally got I person ( from another country) who could see all of the interaction and saw that it was cancelled by the driver. He said give him 15 minutes and I will get an email with what the next steps will be. I gave him an hour and called back and got some guy who told me there is nothing they can do. I now after waiting around all day on a Saturday have to wait till tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do🤬. I highly recommend you don't have things delivered because the people they use are highly unreliable. Best Buy doesn't care because it's not their time wasted they already got their money.
