I placed and order online and it said it would be ready in an hour. I live an hour away and waited 2 hours to leave to get it. They told me it’s not ready and there is nothing they can do to help me. Genevieve was less than helpful and couldn’t be bothered to go to the stock room and ask about the order. I called customer service and talked to 4 different people there also and every one of them told me they can’t help me. So I wasted gas and 3 hours of my time trying to pick up an order that should have been ready and zero people could be bothered to take 5 minutes to help me get the item that was confirmed in the store by multiple people. So now I’m driving an hour back home just to have to turn around and come back yet again. Worst customer service ever. And I have worked retail and customer service my entire life. I know that there is something they could have done to help if they cared even a little bit about the customer.

We understand the frustration when an order takes longer than expected to get ready. While most orders are ready in as little as one hour, validation with the bank can result in some orders taking longer to get ready. When placing a pickup order, we will notify you when it is ready so that you can avoid going to the store before then.

Had cell phone charging problem, they helped me get around problem. Sales guy that helped me was excellent and found great wireless charger for sale price. I gave him my most skeptical look as doubted it would work ....happy he was right. Thank you
