They are always outgoing, and greet you upon entering. Almost always do they have 1 person who might know something about a niche hobby, and can give valuable suggestions, and ideas.
Terrible customer service and returns. Airpods bought as new, sealed box. When opened they were definitely used. Best buy would not return. This isn't first time this has been reported. Shady shady!!!! And box stores wonder why people as using Amazon!!!! I couldn't post unless I gave them one star. Didn't deserve it.

Excellent customer service
You shouldn't buy anything from this best buy especially tvs I bought a tv and the side of the TV is messed up and they told me since the box isn't damaged they can't exchange it how stupid is that the plastic is still on the screen and in the original box with Styrofoam and everything in the wrap still you can obviously tell it's never even been plugged in you shouldn't shop here and I will be calling my best buy card and taking my business elsewhere from now on they didn't even look at the recpt just said the box isn't messed up so no return allowed
