How do I check product availability at the Lansing Best Buy?

Bought a decent tv from this location and it lasted 2 months past the 1 yr warranty. Tried calling the actual location and it never goes to the location but only the call center in India. I have never in all my days experienced a business where you can't call the physical store location. Thought maybe I could talk to a manager see about a 10% off on a new TV or something seeing how the last one only lasted a year. Nah, call center in India every single time I call. Seriously never doing business with best buy again for any reason. Can't even call the store ... Unbelievable.
