As a former Best Buy employee I was absolutely stunned by the lack of customer service. I was in the store for 30 minutes. I was there to purchase computer speakers and a monitor. I was never approached one time. The young lady running the was talking to another associate about college classes. Bwwlk pest them 3 times. I could find help or w monitor in stock. I bought the speakers and went to Meijer to buy the monitor.
