How do I check product availability at the Lansing Best Buy?

Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

After buybests insanely stupid policy of making it literally impossible to contact an employee physically inside a store to ask about the condition of a specific open box item. The virtual call center associate provided me with completely inaccurate information about the item leading to me driving 1.5 hours to be extremely frustrated and annoyed that the TV was in worse condition than described and that there was literally no packaging with the item at all making it extremely difficult to move without damaging (65" TV). If it wasn't for the amazing customer service and empathy provided by the in store staff, especially Jacob who was going above and beyond to assist me with the situation I probably would have completely abandon the purchase and signed off of shopping with best buy entirely. Do better corporate this kind of garbage is nonsense. You make plenty of money to not be cutting costs and literally making it impossible (not hard. Impossible.) to talk to an in store associate.

I called to ask about a product, I wish I could leave a review about the service but I never received any. The computer put me on hold for 10 minutes as soon as I called
