My ordered item was canceled after arriving just one week. I waited 8 weeks, because THEY initially ordered the wrong item. I had a family emergency. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T HAVE A WAY TO GET ANY MESSAGE TO THEM. SO HOW WAS I GOING TO?! Now my item and service has been canceled! This is soo unfair! I've gotten ALL my electronics from you!! Service there is getting worst. I will demand a full refund and take my business elsewhere. NEVER shop there!! Soo unfair 😒

Best Buy is done. The company as a whole absolutely does not care about customers anymore. Corporate is just waiting for it to fully collapse and sell off the assets. I used to recommend Best Buy warranties because I had good experiences. But as customer service declined, it became harder to justify. & now, what good is a warranty if the company is gone. The latest debacle - corporate refuses to let this location have a phone to talk to someone at the store. Calling the number sends you to a national service center. I was told the store could easily resolve my issue (exchanging a defective Apple Pencil which was under warranty), no appointment required. At the store, a nice employee informed me that they “lied” and they “lie” often. I appreciated the honesty, it wasn’t the employee’s fault. It’s just as frustrating for them because they have to deal with the customers that come in. The kicker, I didn’t even think I would go there to resolve the issue. I was just calling before I went to the Apple Store. But by the time I got there, it was too late. Bit of a self-fulfilling destiny when brick and mortar stores purposely irritate their customers. The only explanation is they know it’s over, and they don’t care.

Absolutely no one even bothered to attempt to help me, I looked lost and confused and obviously needing help, even made eye contact with employees that were not busy and nothing. I did eventually find the aisle I was looking for but they didnt have what I needed anyway. I wont bother going here again. Waste of my time
