First time best buy I've done. Bought a monitor. Live a hr away, drove out there figuring their website was somewhat accurate. I mean I did buy it and have funds on hold now and it did say in stock just online orders can take a hour. Anyways I get there, see i dont got the confirmation and decide I'll wait a bit since it was busy, after a hr and a half and no confirmation I go in and talk to customer service and right as I get called up I get a notification on my watch that my order has been canceled. To just add to the 2hrs of pointless driving, I was also dumb enough to sign up for their credit card since it was a free 10% on anything I bought today so that was also just another pointless credit inquiry.

What an absolutely awful experience.
Very low stock of products. Incredibly rude staff of children playing with expensive toys.
Will never be shopping again.
I'll stick to the Okemos location or exclusively buying online if I ever decide to use my Best buy credit card again.

Great news location by the highway and other anchor stores. flashback to past for all the Millennials out there...make sure you stop. Good way to kill time with the kids -lots of display items for testing
