I got my self a new video game for my Xbox series X the game was modern warfare 4 for the Xbox series X i got the disc of the game, after getting home the disc is not working and does not want to read, i have tried to call BestBuy and i did try and return the item for a exchange once, item is still not working now BestBuy said they will not refund me the amount i paid and that i am out of 75.00. I would not buy new video games from this place again. That is my opinion.

What's the point of listing a local number that any sane person would assume allows you to call your local store but oh no not best buy. That "local number" calls an AI chat bot that cannot connect you to your local store only someone in a remote call center who obviously cannot give you any information about anything specific to the location you are trying to reach.

Cleaner than most Best Buys I have been to. The staff was very helpful, but not pushy. The only complaint is that a couple of the items I was looking for were not in stock, even though the website said they were in stock.
