Your upgrade, is a downgrade. Smells like cat urine, and it was super hot in there. With all the electronics on in there, there needs to be central air. I literally traveled to Grand Rapids, just so I didn't have to go back in this store.
The customer service I experienced was beyond exceptional. I want to thank Justin W. for being kind, patient, attentive and giving the best customer service I have experienced in awhile. From helping me find the product best suited for me and helping me place the order online to be delivered to my home. Tag teaming with geek squad to be help me resetting my other devices and making sure I didn’t have to wait longer than needed.
the store stunk so bad of cat pee. dont bother going to this location. I couldnt stand to stay in the store for more than 5 min.
