Bought a remote car start for Xmas present, you can not call the store direct , no way to speak with an employee unless you go to store in person, the AI is useless and then the then the third world call center people are of no help, I just took back the remote start and got a refund, no one even asked why I was retuning, can't see this place lasting much longer.. pathetic...

I do like best buy, even with their prices being high.. I just can not stand every time i walk in the person in the door asking me why im there... Im there cause i want to shop and look around. I dont understand why they ask that. I am not lost. I am walking in for a reason. Just weird

Best Buy truly is the best. The prices are reasonable and being a Best Buy plus member gets me extraordinary deals. Best Buy is my only place to shop for electronics and appliances.

Was in today. Could not walk five feet without an employee asking if I needed help or what was I looking for. I'm all for employees asking if I need help finding something but when I am asked every few feet is ridiculous so I walked out and went somewhere else to spend my money.
