The problem with best buy is they act like they are *the* spot to find electronics and devices and have only 1 type of a product. Came for a capture card walked all over the store looking for it and can't find it. Ask an employee they dont stock it on the floor anymore. Why even keep a product if you won't put it out to see and the only keep one brand and its of course one of the most expensive brands. So now im forced to buy online. So much empty space in your store and every time I come im reminded why I almost never buy anything here they dont have anything
We met with Collin today. I am very pleased with the knowledge he had in the products. Very professional. We purchased a new laptop and inquired on a cell phone. He gave his full attention. We'll done Collin!.

Best Buy was really helpful when my dad needed a new monitor and a new keyboard mice flush computer and they were very good about budget

On 8/27/25, I made my first laptop purchase. I am very uneducated in the technology department, so I was pleased when a gentleman named Eric helped me. I told him a few important things that I was looking for in a laptop and he helped not only pick out a laptop that fit my needs, but took his time educating me on the the laptop, it’s features, programs that I would need and how to get them. Eric has a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge. I couldn’t be more thankful that he was there to help me through my purchase.
