Had an online order. I got a pickup ready email. Went to pickup and they said it wouldn’t be ready until the 10th(the last day of the pickup window). Why would it be ready on the 10th when you have an hour in store pickup and I can physically walk and grab it myself now that I’m in store? Had to find someone else to help who figured out that the order was ready. Come on.
Don’t bother calling the store asking for pokemon card products. You’ll get transferred to a third party agent that make is hard to understand because of their strong accent who wont be of any help because they’ll tell you to go in store to find out about it.
New store so wanted to check it out. Seemed really small, I miss the feel of the older store layouts. It didn't seem inviting/welcoming. Reminded me of a Mc Donald's. "Get you your food and get out the door as fast as possible." I enjoy browsing and finding cool tech to purchase. If you dont want customers spending time in the store, might as well go online only. Also first time in 20+ years I wasn't asked for my phone number for my best buy purchase in a store. I only spent $30 but it seemed really odd. Not sure if they are just trying to not give loyal customers rewards points or what was going on.
