There was a Logitech promotion that offered 20% for recycling computers and accessories on Logitech products. The employees argued with me that it didn’t include computers despite the fine writing on the promotion. They even went online to check for a change in the promotion so they could deny me it. I never had employees so committed to not giving a discount to a customer. It’s absurd. The store lost any future business with me

Amazing customer service!
I was looking for headphones for work, but couldn't find any. Shelves were practically empty . No one asked me if I needed help, and I clearly did .
