On 1/1/2026, I went in to upgrade my Verizon phone and spent over an hour working with Brooklyn to try to apply the promotions I had been offered. Brooklyn went above and beyond—she was on the phone with Verizon for nearly the entire time, doing everything she could to get them to honor the deals. Unfortunately, Verizon was extremely uncooperative. Throughout the entire experience, Brooklyn remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. I felt terrible that despite all her effort, Verizon’s lack of support meant she didn’t get the sale. Verizon later called me to apologize, which only confirmed how poorly the situation was handled on their end. Huge thanks to Brooklyn—you’re an absolute rockstar.

I went there to fix my lap top I purchased from them about 6 years ago. Though they couldn’t fix it, the service guy gave me info about who can fix it. It was quick and I was in and out quickly. The guy was great , friendly and helpful.
