Superb place for electronic products.everything you sill get there.
Hopefully you never have to work with them bc they make it impossible. I've been trying reschedule an appt to get a dash cam installed and after 35 minutes of getting no where on the phone and the link to reschedule NOT working I just gave up. I just won't go and will try to schedule again later and avoid working with Best Buy again bc this is just bad business. So sick of corporations and their terrible treatment of ppl.

Mobile pickup cashier at Madison Hieghts was extremely rude..
Situation: December 23rd, we ordered a limited stock item while at auburn hills best buy (that sales person was extremely nice and helpful) for pickup at the Madison Heights best buy. We immediately left Auburn Hills and drove to Madison Heights. When we arrived at Madison Heights location, the item had not been "picked" yet, and with it being a high demand, low stock item(only 2 remaining), my wife stood in the mobile pickup line while I went and grabbed the item from the shelf. I brought the item to her in line and when it was her turn, we showed the cashier the order paper from auburn hills and explained the situation and he became extremely rude about us needing to wait for the item to be "picked". I asked what his solution would be if the last 2 items had been grabbed from the shelf by other customers before being "picked" by the store and he had no answer and continued to be rude to us. He eventually checked us out, but only after being extremely rude..
The whole reason I choose Best Buy over Amazon or other online service is for thier fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, this seems to be lacking of late, especially when it comes to mobile/online orders. I fear if this type of behavior continues, I'll just start ordering through these other businesses and best buy will be a thing of the past just like circuit city, radio shack, and other electronic stores of the past.
