Store itself is ok, but their automated phone system that sends you to a call center in India is very close to enough to convince me to stop shopping here.
In response to best buys response, a US call center would have been acceptable. Sending jobs to India is not. I called 2 times and neither person could help me with basic assistance. I literally couldn't understand them. I am officially done with best buy. I'll buy online and cut best buy out of this equation since you want to cut the american worker out

Bought an open box LG TV on "Excellent" condition online which was $980 before tax but they cancelled my order and removed the TV on the system. The very next day they have the same open box TV but now for $1107 before tax! So they didn't want to sell me the TV for the cheaper price and took out thr product in order to increase the price. Really shady practice.
