I hope someone from Best Buy management sees this.
I’m a Best Buy Total member and purchased a Microsoft Surface from Best Buy with a keyboard included. The keyboard stopped working, so I took it to the store. They took the device and told me it would be sent for repair, and I paid around $80 for the service.
Today, I was notified that the device was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I was told I needed to buy a new keyboard and that the warranty wouldn’t cover it because the keyboard was part of the original package, and Microsoft allegedly refused to replace it. This is frustrating because I purchased both the device and the keyboard from Best Buy, and I also pay for a Best Buy Total membership that should cover these types of issues.
I essentially paid $80 for nothing, while a new keyboard costs only $100 — which makes the whole situation feel like overcharging. I hope management reviews this case because this experience does not reflect well on the value or credibility of the Best Buy Total membership. THIS IS ( WORKE ORDER # 0414-251108-17250) .

Can't call the Madison hts store & I'm a half mile away.! Insane you must not want my business, if your gonna take my money you need to take my calls. Will look elsewhere for my electronic needs
