Just when you think great customer service is gone…
You walk into a store and have your mind completely changed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ken, the General Manager, and he was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond—far more than I ever expected.
And just to be clear, I’m not writing this because I got what I wanted (though I did). I’d be saying the same thing even if the outcome hadn’t gone my way. What stood out to me was how Ken truly listened to my concern. He didn’t brush it off, didn’t make excuses, and most importantly, didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance.
That kind of care and professionalism is rare in today’s customer service world. So thank you, Ken. You’ve earned my business for life.
I do want to mention that prior to visiting the store, I spoke with a female manager over the phone about my issue. Unfortunately, that conversation was disappointing—she talked over me and ended the call abruptly. Despite that, I’m still giving a 5-star review because of Ken’s exceptional service and the way he turned the situation around.
