Took a drive, had me buy a 2TB but only got 1TB when I bought 2TB. Went back to fix because it couldn’t load anything had an older man make a comment about “common sense” and giggled when we stated nothing worked and we had a problem with windows bit-locker, 2nd time there when I got home I opened my girl up and found out that I was missing my drive and had 1TB not 2TB. If you want a place that will waste your time money and mess up your pc this is the place for you. If i don’t get my stuff back or my stuff properly fixed I will look at my legal options or go straight to corporate to report this store Better yet I’ll do both. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Please do not believe any special offers that the store agent tells you. Especially if you get rewards after buying a membership, they are deceiving you.

We just purchased all new appliances for our kitchen. The products work great but the major issue was the installation by Best Buy’s service party. They came out 3 times to stop the dishwasher from moving in its place. The technicians upon arrival for the third time seemed stressed as they walked in with an attitude. We explained the issue and the technician mumbled something unprofessional so I pulled my phone to record and they left without finishing the job. It’s amazing how companies forget to teach employees who are in contact with customer how to act when in someone’s home. What ever happened to good service technicians?

Geek Squad employee Emmanuel replaced my cracked glass phone cover and was friendly and detail oriented. Josh in Microsoft area was a superb sales and tech advisor, he was extremely patient and kind. He made sure we had the all in one touch screen computer to fulfill our home office needs and a wifi booster for our security cameras. He made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
