Lies about discount code over the phone.
Tried to buy a TV but Manager Duane and his team could not have made it harder or more unpleasant. Arrived for curbside pickup with confirmation email identifying me as individual for pickup. Duane refused to help and simply said his side did not show me as pickup. I attempted to show him my confirmation email FROM BEST BUY, W/ me as pickup individual. His response was “I don’t care what you show me”. While in the store in front of Duane I called target across the street, confirmed the same TV was available for the same price. Canceled my order with Duane and spent my $500 at Target. Thanks to Duane, I’ll never shop Best Buy again but will certainly go to Target. You would think selling identical consumer products at identical prices with competition 1/10th of a mile away, Best Buy would try to specialize in the customer experience. Not Duane though. He made it clear he does not care about customers in his store. I tried really hard to spend my money there, Duane convinced me not to.

Best Buy has great customer service. The Gel Squad plan, I highly recommend.
Always had what I need. Good customer service and has everything you need.
