Just made a $600 plus purchase for the holidays, no bags. So I’m carrying around this thing in the parking lot. No effort to get a bag. Not even a garbage bag while it raining and snowing. Sales/guard at the front shrugs, “well”. Should have just gone to Target. I also had to walk all over the store for ten minutes to get some help. Hard pass.

I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience during an in-store pickup.
I was sent by my significant other to pick up a television that was purchased online . My name was clearly listed on the order, yet the Best Buy associate initially insisted I was not authorized and refused to explore any alternative verification. Ironically, once the TV was brought out, my name was printed on the item itself, confirming I was authorized the entire time.
This situation was unnecessary, dismissive, and embarrassing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered this type of treatment, and it raises serious concerns about how customers are perceived and handled in this location.
Best Buy needs to invest in better customer service and bias-awareness training. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and no one should feel singled out or humiliated while simply picking up an item they legally purchased.
Very disappointed. I expected far better.
Terrible customer service. Save yourself a trip and go to a different Best Buy. Multiple employees standing behind the counter socializing and not helping customers out.

By far the worst retail business I’ve ever dealt with. Made 2 separate purchases for pickup and both times there was an extremely long delay. My most recent order had a 3 hour delay and it’s still not ready. Never buying from here again and would not advise you do so either
