Tried to do a price match- sales associates had it all set up to make the sale- the manager comes over with some ridic reason why it could not be done despite criteria having been met…he made no effort to get to “yes”. They lost a sale today and a customer forever. A friend of mine went to a different Best Buy out of state and they did do the exact same price match. This store is really terrible.

I ordered a 43" LG 4K tv online. Picking the tv was greatly aided by the ability to virtually "see" if that size tv would fit comfortably on my kitchen wall. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Recently visited the store about a new Samsung phone. The service took a while as the employees were busy -- even on a Wednesday morning -- but still helpful.
Really liked the Galaxy model, but it was too expensive to buy outright for me. Instead, the rep suggested the same capability for half the cost of a model that was a generation earlier.
Save me a ton of money. I like the bells and whistles for a lot of things, but the phone is too common. I did get something and I'm super happy as a result. Thank you BB staff.
Experience is never bad. Probably one of the more convenient electronic stores.
