To whom it may concern, I acknowledge and accept the fact that we exist in a diverse world. Every belief system differs based upon several factors, such as the families we are born into, the environments we are raised in, the school systems we grew up in, and other matters relating to our surroundings as we continue in this human experience and spiritual journey. I believe God is The Source of all existence, including the universe that we dwell in. I also believe, and hold onto the knowledge and awareness, that God blesses each human with passions, gifts, talents, and skills, to help us navigate in this world. At the end of May in 2025 I invested $498.18 in a Laptop that I purchased at Best Buy in Madison Heights. This laptop was initially purchased to complete class assignments for a pharmacy technician apprenticeship program that I was enrolled in at this time. The God that knew me prior to placing me in the womb of my mother blessed me with the passion and desire of Writing Therapy. Writing is my coping mechanism to help me navigate through the challenges experienced within this lifetime. I once was fearful of sharing my truth, but I received inspiration to turn my writings into books. The laptop became useful for this purpose as well. On 02/28/26 I submitted my second book to Amazon for review. After that breath of relief of Completed Project! My laptop presented a software update. I allowed the update to take place. The next morning at 07:25 I received an email from Amazon advising me that the book was officially published! I attempted to log back into my laptop but was unable to. I usually utilize the facial recognition to log in but due to the software update it required the PIN entry, which I rarely utilized. I entered the PIN and it did not recognize my entry. I then expected the opportunity of a PW reset [option], in which I did set up the 2 factor authentication and was prepared to follow suit. Only thing is that the forgot pw option wasn’t there. I then hopped into my vehicle and returned to the place where the laptop was purchased. I paid $39.99 [just] for the ability to have the pw reset option reappear on my laptop to follow suit with that process. I am now being advised that they may not be able to return the forgot pw option on the laptop? Despite this wordy review, I am at a loss of words. I am simply, flabbergasted. I initially felt discouraged and wanted to take this as a sign to just give up this silly little dream of writing books. But then, I felt led to practice Writing Therapy, leading to this review. I hope I don’t have to purchase another laptop, it hasn’t even been a year since I purchased this one. I also hope no one else ever has this experience, hopefully the engineers of these devices can resolve the experience and make matters more user friendly? There has to be a way for that 2 factor authentication to be beneficial in this situation. And so, I won’t be discouraged, but I will be determined, and look forward to a positive outcome. PS, I usually prefer not to leave bad Google reviews, I usually dwell in silence when exposed to not the best experiences and just keep my concerns to myself. I apologize for the 1 star rating. The individual, DeSean, that sold me the laptop in 2025 was nice and helpful. He actually approached me while I was looking at laptops and help me choose the best one based upon my needs [presented] at that time. The Tech Support Representative, Emmy, that assisted me yesterday was also very kind, calm, patient, and helpful. Through my confusion and frustrations, he remained calm and patient with me as he explained the steps to follow. And so, DeSean and Emmy = 5 Star Service! I am grateful for that. The 1 Star rating reflects my experience regarding not being able to access my laptop. Thank you.

Stopped in on a Sunday at noon, shelves were a mess, displays were missing display TV's, price tags were missing, the space was cluttered and there was a long line of open box TV's down the center aisle. Reminded me of ABC Warehouse. Not the technology hub Best Buy used to be.
