If could give zero dates I would. I get how times changed and so have the state of the world but for honest sakes ALL BLACK PEOPLE DONT STEAL. I wanted to buy a TV, game system, mouse pad and headphones. The moment my family and I walked in, all eyes was us. Had other people walk in behind us but we were approached over 15 times asking if I needed "help" while browsing. One of the other customers left because of how uncomfortable it made them feel. Second was that they had no one in the store to unhook a TV display because you have to be "certified". Literally 6 employees huddling, laughing and watching me but no one can unmount a TV all of a sudden. As I was walking around shopping for things I kept being approached, "are you finished"? "Let me take that for you". Very very unpleasant experience. Went to a different best buy and was never treated like that, plus I ended up having multiple team members help unmount a TV that didn't need to a certification for. Smh. Do better.

Customer service was great!
Best Buy is one of those places that always has the best deals. One of the best things that they offer is price matching AFTER you have purchased your device within a few days. If the price ever goes down, you don't have to return the product and purchase it again, just head over to their customer support and they will refund you the amount it went down by, truly amazing, you never feel guilty anymore. As for their actual customer service, they always have people walking around ready to help, very professional, would recommend for any new devices and open box deals.
