Went in today to purchase an unlocked IPhone 15. Was greeted by someone and after that no one came to assist me while I waited around the phones. My son was playing games on the phones for 20 min and no one ever came up and asked if we needed anything. After I decided to walk out someone asked if I found everything and I told them no one helped me. They said if you are purchasing an unlocked phone any staff member can help me. If the phone was to be on existing plan only a select few could help me. Well as I walked out I told them well no one came to help. I was looking to purchase an unlocked phone. I will purchase somewhere else.
