I wanted to change my review from a 2-star to a 4-star because my low rating was an over-reaction. The level of anger was more about the feeling of being powerless than anything terrible Best Buy did. Yes, I was mad that I wasn't made aware that it could be up to 3 days to service the laptop. But the job was done and done well, and I generally find the customer service there to be positive and helpful.
[Prior review} Read the fine print. I had to leave my laptop at the Geek Squad as it could not be serviced while I waited. I didn't want to leave it at all, as I use it every day. I was told it would be ready in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later and it's still being worked on. I called and was told the work order was for 72 hours. So don't rely on what the nice agent tells you. Read the fine print. Right now I just feel lied to.

I would not buy any appliances from this store
If i could do a negative 10 stars I would. Bought a new fridge. It freezes everything and ice maker never worked n has to be replaced. Its a piece of garbage 4 months old and needs to go to the junk yard.

Nobody wanted to help even though we were the only customers around. Once we cornered a group of "workers" they tried deciding who was going to help. Then nobody could answer any questions about there electronics. I was disappointed 😞
