Today I wanted to purchase ear buds. They were priced $14.99 on the shelf in the store. When I went to check out, I was charged $24.99. I told them that was not the price and the cashier and I went to check. The cashier agreed with me that the price was $14.99, but when he asked the manager, he said the computer charged the price. Very bad customer service not to fix the price to what was on the shelf. I did not buy them.

Tashawnna with Geek Squad was amazing and tried everything she could to help me with my situation... I will be returning to ask her for help in the future, no doubt! She really let me express what I had going on and helped me in more ways than one. I really appreciate you and your team, thank you!
