I had a horrible experience with Meta Ray-Ban display glasses. I had scheduled a demo and completed the 20 minute demo. After it was done, they asked if I wanted to register for it, which I agreed to, and he said I should be receiving an email within 48 hours. However, I didn't receive any email. When I went there and asked the front door guy, "I'm here for Meta display glasses," he said, "That's the section over there, please ask the respective person, he will be back shortly." I waited for 20 minutes, but no one came and assisted me. Then, when I approached the same person again, he said he had left for the day, and that was it – no apologies or anything like that.

The lady at the checkout was running two registers to get people through faster. They clearly hire nice people, who work hard. I hope they're paying her well.
I was looking into some Meta items, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and spent a reasonable amount of time with us.
