I called ahead to find out if they had what I needed. They asked me a couple of questions, then said they had it and how much it would cost me. I paid for the product over the phone and had a choice of pickup or delivery. I went to the store the same day, walked over to their pickup counter, and walked out a happy customer
The store is great, the employees were not too helpful and I had to wait a very very long time. Multiple people said “they’d get someone”
Kept asking for assistance and was never helped after almost an hour, they just helped other customers.

Their definition of great customer service is when I call to see if something is in stock I get routed to someone offsite that doesn’t know. When I ask to speak to someone at the store they said get in the car and drive 45 minutes to the store and find out.
