We experienced unbelievably bad customer service at this location. I purchased an HP cartridge combo pack for my printer. The box indicated the correct cartridges for our printer- but inside, the cartridges were the wrong numbers. We only found out after attempting to insert it into our printer. After looking at the box, it was obvious that the box had been taped together and tampered with. Best Buy REFUSED to issue a refund or exchange. We immediately cancelled our Best Buy Total membership ($180/year) and will never make a purchase with them again.

Probably the most organized and well staffed Best Buy I've been to. Service is reasonably timed and the staff is also helpful and accommodating. Purchased a few things from this branch and happy to be a returning customer! 🙏🏽
