Bought an open box TV and it had no remote. Nowhere did it say when I ordered it that it didn't have a remote. Called to resolve the issue and was told to return it and take a chance on ordering a new tv and hoping that it comes with a remote but I would have no guarantees. Terrible service, I will no longer shop at Best buy. I try to support the brick and mortar stores but I guess Amazon here I come.

The worst service I have EVER had! It’s impossible to speak to someone in the store. The people I am transferred to don’t speak English and cannot understand what I say, nor can they answer questions!
I’m furious! I hate this experience!
