Disappointed with my experience getting my phone battery replaced. I made an appointment, and once I arrived for my appointment was told they might not have my battery in stock and that the tech was working on another device so I’d need to come back the next day. I made an appointment for the next day, and returned to be told that I’d need to disable stolen device protection, which has a delay of an hour. So I had to make a second time to drop my phone off once that was disabled. This was not part of you pre appointment instructions. The battery was replaced and does work, but it shouldn’t require 4 trips in less than 24 hours.
