Augistine is goated, called about a psu that was in limited supply, he had an invoice and everything ready got me my part, and am currently on my way to go grab it, fantastic customer service
10 days of dealing with an online order. I have a very long story of dealing with Best Buy and their delivery service "Roadie". In a nutshell, delivered it to the wrong house, delivered it to my house with an empty box, re-ordered, no work for a week. Even went into the store to talk to them. Said it would be delivered to me, nothing. Can't talk to a local person on the phone!!

They didn't have what I wanted,but one of the young boys talked me through ordering it on line.

Awful experience never going to buy from them again. They canceled the delivery of my tv. Tryed to call and the stupid AI woukd not connect me to a real person. Had to drive to the store 20 miles away to speak with a human, with no help to get my tv back on the orginal schedule date.
