This place is the worst store I have ever been to. I totally understand that understaffed and overworked. But seriously, I had to wait for 25 minutes till someone came out. I was buying a cell phone that I already knew what I wanted. The guy came out and didn't know anything about the cell phone except what he was reading on his phone. I personally think I knew more than he did. Needed a case and screen protector. And he was no help on that either. Dilly dally around adding more unnecessary time to this visit. I have never been to a Best Buy this horrible and will probably never shop at Best Buy again. If I could rate this visit negative stars, I would rate it. Negative 5
I am all through buying from Best Buy. Purchased a MS 365 personal and explained currently had an MS 365 family plan that I did not need. It was currently up for renewal. Also explained to guy I was not computer savvy at all. he DID NOT tell me I could switch plans right on line and did not need to purchase a card from them. While canceling plans I learned this. I called Best Buy before continuing with switching on line as I was afraid I would lose all saved documents and all distribution lists on outlook. When calling to see if I could return purchased card that HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED was assured it could be. When I completed on line switch to new plan I drove to Best Buy (no longer consider them best and their receipt says 15 day return policy and it was 7:days)and was informed I cannot return. I will not buy another thing from Best Buy. Extremely had to survived now days being widowed let alone having to try and pay for everything alone and losing $106 dollars may not mean much to others but it is a lot to some.
