Got a computer a month ago recommended by one of the geek squad consultation agents (Sha) an asus zen book, absolutely love it, had a problem with it and had to bring it back in today because there was a problem after an update, she fixed it pretty fast and she’s really helpful and funny :)

I have always had great service at the Westnedge Best Buy. It is with regret that I have to write this review. I ordered a phone case through an agent over the phone, when I arrived I was told they had ordered the wrong one. The associate who helped me return the protector and order the replacement was very friendly. I was told it would take approximately two weeks to get. When it arrived I asked for help with installing the protector. Which I was told would be possible when I came to pick it up. Sadly this was not the case.
