I have been a customer for over 10 years i always get the insurance to cover all my purchases $179 every year . I lost my phone and went to talk to them they won't replace the phone. They told your insurance dont cover lost or stolen they are nothing but a scammers.

Their website is unusable. I spent 20 minutes trying to sign in to my account so I can see why I seem to have a random charge on my credit card from Best Buy. Needless to say, I'll never know, because I cannot sign into my account, even after having the correct original password and then trying to reset the password. Nothing worked, because it seems they just want to charge us over and over (because this isn't the first time it's happened) and steal my money. Not to mention, the cahrging cord and base I bought less than a year ago (that totaled over $100) stopped working completely, yet more money wasted on this garbage store. I also am in need of a new laptop, go directly to the manufacturer's site. The laptop I want is about $1300, but Best Buy wants to charge $1800 for it. Absolutely not, I'm not an idiot. I have given this store and many other locations multiple chances, and every time they have dissapointed.
