Went in fully intending to buy two unlocked phones. A guaranteed $1400 sale if someone just bothered to pay attention to the two people who were patiently waiting next to the phone checkout area for 20 minutes. Eventually we flagged down a manager whom we told, "hey we know what we want, just need someone to sell it to us." He said it would be a few minutes, we said ok and waited for another ten minutes without even being acknowledged by anyone else. I have been a loyal best customer for years and am even a total rewards member with a Best Buy credit card. I don't expect to be waited on hand and goot, but I do expect someone to sell me a phone or two when I tell you, "I am here to buy a phone."

Horrible communication with staffing, they sell you items without informing you you’ll need to wait at geek squad after purchasing. Then you’re put behind every single appointment, and if they’re in the middle of helping you they will stop and take an appointment and then finish with you after. Such a waste of time and money do not bring your business here

I wish I could give the store a zero star, but it’s not available. I am a handicap man 61 years old with heart problems and when I entered the store with my Samsung tablet, I was told I could get a factory reset on it for free by the Geek squad. I waited over a half an hour standing in line just to be told it was gonna cost me $40 to have it done after the greeter at the door told me it was free when she checked with the geek squad. This is not the only problem I’ve had with the store. I would not recommend Best Buy to my worst Enemy. And then when you call customer care, you have to talk to an AI assistant. They won’t even connect you with a human being. I am so fed up with a store. I will never walk in it again.

Feels like high pressure sales, which it didn't used to. Mislead me about the credit card benefits. When I complained, non-chalant. On the other hand, tech support is awesome.
