On duty Manager was not very nice. Manager told me to leave his store and not to come back. He didn't want to answer my questions. He also keep complaining his neck hurt.
Once again talked to an associate (Gabby) expressed my concern about an order and the fact I had not received my merchandise. Your associate made available the reason for the hold up and I received an update expressing the delay. I found that to be very professional of your associate and that extra effort kept the sale. Thank You Gabby .... hope I spelled your name right.

Augistine is goated, called about a psu that was in limited supply, he had an invoice and everything ready got me my part, and am currently on my way to go grab it, fantastic customer service
