Excellent customer service

Have bought numerous stuff here I even got a 2,000$ credit card what I like about this is you can chose to not have to pay interest for a year on the stuff you buy with the card. You got to make sure you pay it off in a year but it saves a lot of money. They sell good quality products I've bought a little bit of everything. The only down side I believe you only have 10-15 days to return something that doesn't work so make sure you get the warranty even though it can sometimes be expensive. They also have their own computer tech team I've never needed to use it but my mom does and she says it's reasonable price and they fix it every time. Ive had a car system done here years ago I don't know if they still have it but they have awesome equipment and they get it done in a timely matter. The staff is super friendly and you don't have to wait long for help each department has its own employees ready to answer questions or help you find the product you need.

Today i came in to pick up an online order and two girls helped us. I wish i knew there names but one of the girls had red hair and the other girl i think was a trainee with purple hair. I absolutely loved our interaction with them today and i hope there boss sees this and gives them both a raise! They were super sweet and SO helpful! Both are a great part of the team there!

I visited geek quad. They fit me in for a walk in appointment. The tech in my appointment was super helpful and had so much extra tech knowledge and was just eager to help. Love the attitude I got there. No question was to stupid. The service that is offered here makes it so much better with great customer service employees.
