Multiple times have I placed a curbside order, and still had to retrieve my items from inside. While employes are literally just standing around. This time an employee even took a nice stroll to the parking lot and right back 2 minutes later. While they could've brought us our order. Do better bestbuy Managment needs to coach.

I didn't have an appointment with the Geek Squad. However, the wait was very reasonable. Geek Squad was able to help me avoid a scam. They assured me my phone was healthy. I left assured I was safe from the scam.
