Quick pickup experience but they had us waiting outside for a while to bring the TV to the car
Quite a spacious place with good choice of items, and I do like the price match offer, ensuring you get the best possible price versus other retailers. Found a laptop for a very attractive sale price. The way the items are stored, it did take
three staff members quite some time to locate the correct box. They also made multiple attempts to sell me an extra warranty. Overall choice and the sale deal on the laptop make it a four star review for me.
I paid for a TV which was open box but the TV had no issues, but the remote wouldnt connect which made it be stuck in a loading screen..I tried exchanging it and because it was an open box it was $20 cheaper. They manager said that I'd have to have it shipped and id be out of pocket $30 and wait 3 more days for it to come and possibly be broken again. Even the customer service person who was helping me said he could've handled it better. Shame on best buy. Definitely lost a customer
