How do I check product availability at the Gratiot Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Writing a review due to the store not holding their employees/themselves accountable for misinformation. I went in to buy headphones and when cashing out I saw a video game. I asked the employee very specifically what the return policy was and if it had to remain unopened. He told me 15 days and that it did not have be unopened. I tried the game on my girls switch and did not want it. Now per the store I can not return the game because it was opened. I didn’t even come into the store for a game. Had I been told the correct information I wouldn’t have gotten the Pokémon game in the first place. Now I’m out of 60$ bucks and the store isn’t taking accountability for their employee.

Not great as per usual. Unfortunately had to stop by here for a cord with my sweetheart and I wanted to look around as well. Found ourselves by the HDMI section for the TVs since we have a few new systems in need of set up. Thought perhaps the HDMI to Mini HDMI would be around there too since it's been a minute since I've been into the location I wasn't sure where all the cords had been set up. Well get a load of the dude in the back shirt strolling over talking to us as if we are stupid and just SO indeed of his assistance. I couldn't remember the name of the cord so I ask my sweetheart the name of it and he was so upset for taking SO long and just HOW stupid for not knowing it is over by the Apple section with PC. I do appreciate the directions but the way you speak to people and present yourself as 'upper management' maybe start at square one again. Pushy and the air of 'know it all and get out of my store'. With out him in our face we actually took our time looking over some options for our PCs as well as our New Gen systems. The people at checkout where very kind and polite I do appreciate that more than whatever that was I was shown on the floor. I hopefully won't have to be back and I do appreciate the cord but fix way you approach people. Commissions or not don't talk down to people learn from the nice cashiers and folks who welcomed us at the door.
