It is just hard to get assistance. No one will ask if you need help. You actually have to find someone to ask for assistance. I just said never mind and Left. Sorry just being honest🤷🏾♀️

1/5 is too 1 too many , had 4 workers walk past and look at me while i sat and waited for help in the verizon section one of them being a supervisor. Not a single word from any of them

Good place to buy electronics. Very helpful staff.
As someone who works retail myself I understand that sometimes the job is boring and drags but at least when a customer asks me for help I actually help (walk them over, explain, answer questions) and I dont just point in a general direction and say "It should be around... over there... I'm pretty sure."
I stopped by for a specific thing and as someone who doesn't understand technology all that much, I decided I'd ask for help finding it. The first worker pointed off towards the right side of the store and said "Computer stuff is on that side of the store" which helps not at all. The second worker, who was on his phone, said "The third isle" so I went over and ... not there. I asked a third worker, and showed him a picture, and he said the same thing. I told him they're not there and he said then he wasnt sure. I found another worker and he told me "It should by that box over there" and after circling around that spot I did eventually find what I wanted.
It shouldn't have taken that many workers and like I said I understand that retail isn't the best job ever but it genuinely feels like they're just as confused as you are.
