I went to Best Buy for geek squad to get my iPad fixed n I would say the customer service is amazing with both companies. Geek squad finished with my iPad in a good time range and make it look brand new.

This place sucks they couldn't even fix my monitor of 10 day that had a warranty. We checked the terms and serves and found that the monitor was returnable. When we asked them up front, they said we could return it because it wasn't the right type of monitor. Although when we checked the rules of terms and served there was no specific type of device we could not return. They still said no, so we went home, and we now have to throw it out.

Kinda bummed. Came in legitimately interested in making ~$1300 purchase, looked around at the items I was interested in for a while, ~20 minutes. Found something I liked, waited around and saw other customers getting helped. Nobody free in sight, the only person who talked to me was the person who said goodbye when I left. All of the product was covered in fingerprints too, they had just opened 20 minutes prior.
