they are scamming people by making fraudulent best buy accounts with stolen data and then having someone do a customer pick up for merchandise you didn't order but you paid for. they obviously don't require id for pick up because I didn't order an apple watch or 2. I'm an android user. i was just at the airport where I assumed my card got scammed. i'm going to guess that one of their employees is involved because they disputed the fraud with my bank and now my bank took the money back even though it was fraud. So someone at best buy has to be providing them with the "evidence" that I supposedly ordered this watch and picked it up when I did not. i have proof that I wasn't there and I didn't make this account or place these orders and the authorities are doing an investigation. i contacted Best Buy customer service.But they never get back with anyone, so I noticed they got back with people who gave them poor reviews on google. maybe they will get back to me now, or maybe they will call their location in the detroit area and figure out how bad their retail fraud employees actually are. that was my kid's grocery money. you messed with the wrong person.

Best Buy was great and the sales rep was awesome and very attentive and caught an online era and was really great in helping me and my son find the thing we needed the customer service was awesome and I love best buy and would recommend them highly to anyone 😊💯 and they make sure you're satisfied before leaving the store.
