I went in with questions about an online deal I saw regarding a lap and was lucky enough to bump into and speak with a young man named David. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explaining my needs, he pointed me into the right direction! He also was able to explain the "techy" things to me in ways I understand. He was polite, well spoken, and overall just made it a wonderful experience. Ask for Dave if you want a great experience.
