Placed a order online. The order was cancelled. 3 days later they still haven't deposited the money back into my account. Stop trying to blame my bank, literally every retail store I've dealt with for returns the money was put back into my account with in a minutes time and showed up instantly as a pending transaction. 3 days later and I am still out $300. WHERE IS MY MONEY! Do not order from Best Buy online because if your order gets cancelled, apparently you are going to have to jump through hoops to get it back. Definitely filing a Federal Trade Commision complaint about this as well as a complaint to Michigan Licensing and Regulatory affairs

Ordered a Over the Range microwave from this store online. Immediately had to cancel the order because the delivery date went from January 5th to February 16. Insane SMH. Literally no customer service agents online to talk to. The only options for me was to cancel the order. Who is going to wait over 30 days for a small appliance delivery especially when you are paying $40 for the delivery. Definitely makes me not want to shop with best buy anymore
