Excellent experience! had a dash cam and some car audio installed and the technicians were professional and honest. Don't waste your time to save a buck at one of the cheaper establishments. Get it done right the first time at Best Buy.

I have been a customer for years and the one time I return an item, this store steals $15.01 from me. You could tell the customer service is trained to take as much possible when she said "it's like a coupon, you don't get the coupon back." Actually, it's a credit card reward for using your credit card at your store. Any other stores credit card rewards are reissued as a store credit if the item is returned. Maybe don't push the credit card if you can't afford to give people the rewards they earn, which is the only perk of shopping at your overpriced store that brings it half way down to normal pricing. I simply just wanted my digital reward returned to me so that I could use it on something else in your store. Inflate prices, push credit card, give rewards, take rewards... It's kind of gross. Lost a customer.
