We utilize this location quite infrequently where I work, so my experience is fairly limited. I can say that Kortney at the pick up desk is incredibly helpful and is truly willing to do what's needed for the customer. I can't sing her praise enough. The service was polite and energetic, my order was correct, and everything was so fast. I might've been in the store for 3-5 minutes total. With today's standards for pretty much everything being on the floor at best, Kortney's service was through the roof. I will definitely return for future purchases and hope that we are able to continue working with her in the future... Unless of course whichever rep is reading this wants to give her a promotion; in that case we are also happy to work with someone who has been trained by her:) Either way, thank you Kortney!!

The worst Best Buy I've been to. Nothing is stocked here then you are suggesting to buy online...Nope. After reading the reviews on the online order to homes with the amount of times things don't show up. Pass.
Little while back they used to be known to have many good things like anime, games, new systems, and collectibles at times. Now it's feeling like a depressed wearhouses with people would couldn't care less to help. Understood the message and won't be back.
