I just came from this store. It's been there for at least 30 years. This specific store is of the places I started going to when I got into trading cards. Today, I had one of the weirdest experience I've ever had at a store today. I went there to buy a portable phone charger
And to see what pokemon product, they had. I didn't know where the Pokémon product was. So I asked an employee and he directed me towards the cash register, which is a very small area And I already walked past it I didn't see any pokemon product initially. When I got over there, I did see a small rack with pokemon product on it that I missed. So I walked up to it to take a look. A gentlemen from the geek squad approached me and asked me, could you help me. I told him no, i'm just taking a look Seeing what they have. I just got in the Pokémon and I know nothing about it so I have no idea what I actually want but the geek squad guy, indirectly indicated that i'm not allowed to look at the product. I asked em, is this a product rack? I was directed over here by another worker telling me that there was pokemon product over here, implying that maybe it's for sale. He told me it's really not a product rack. Then he proceed to tell me I can't stand over here. So I went to the cash register. At the cash register. I was confused and I asked. you have product, but I can't take a look at it to see what you have. He then said, but you didn't want anything I can ring you up right here. The whole vibe was pretty negative and I didn't understand why I was being treated like that. So I left my phone charger at the cash register and walked out the store. I wanted to report my experience to the store manager but I didn't wanna do it in front of the gentleman. I wanted to be considered, and didn't want him to feel embarrassed at work just in case the manager wanted to put him on the spot. Instead, I was so mad, I just left the store and went to walmart instead. I probably won't be back to best buy.
Care more about upselling you a warrantee plan than actually explaining the product to you. Don't shop at this location.
Jovan was a great help with the insulation on my radio and helping me work my new radio
Best Buy continues to be one of my favorite places to shop for electronics. Whether I’m looking for a new TV, computer accessories, appliances, or just browsing the latest technology, they always have a great selection of products to choose from.
One thing I appreciate is how organized the store is. Everything is easy to find, and there are usually display models available so you can compare products before making a purchase. The employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable whenever I’ve had questions, and they’ve never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need.
Checkout is quick, the store is clean and well-maintained, and I like knowing I can usually find exactly what I’m looking for in one trip. Best Buy has consistently provided a positive shopping experience, and it’s my first choice whenever I’m shopping for electronics or tech-related products.
