Little under staffed but who isn't right now
The customer service at this location is horrible!!! I went in to buy a laptop at 2:45, the store had very few customers in it, & I waited over an hour for an associate while they were all walking around taking on their phones. I’ll never go to this location again. Whoever the manager is at this location should be fired. Terrible experience!!!!

Horrible customer service. I waited over 30 minutes trying to purchase several items, including two tablets. I spoke with three different employees asking for assistance, but no one helped me. I even went back to the customer service desk, waited another 30 minutes, and was told to go back again and continue waiting.
Eventually, I had to leave because I was unable to get any assistance at all. The store was not busy, which made the experience even more frustrating. Please don’t shop here if you expect any level of customer service. I will never return.
