Great place here. Upon entry, id say it's more or less the same as any other best buy you've been in. You're greeted and immediately asked if you need help finding anything. I mostly know where and what I'm going for, so I bee line there. I have asked for help getting items or things and everyone is helpful. Any questions I ask. They're able to answer and not leave me feeling confused, which is nice. The last time I was in there I purchased a ps5 and the guy helping me was resourceful and asked what kind of games etc do I need or want to go with it, if any. I didnt need anything but is refreshing they ask to ensure you have everything (like hdmi) to use the item when you get home. I'll continually keep coming back here. They also have decent open box discounts towards the back right corner if you're into catching a deal on certain items. Worth checking out if you're back there. Don't hesitate to check this best buy out for any electronic needs.

Best buy worked with my crazy schedule and everything worked out well. The salesperson that assisted us in choosing a budget kitchen package that met our requirements, he was amazing at the Madison HTS MI location. The delivery team were a bit difficult but they did a fine job in the long run.
On my next flip I will use the Best Buy for my appliances package again, that's for sure.
