I visited this location 3/22/25, to purchase a MacBook. I checked availability online, and it was available for pickup, meaning it was instore. however i was told by an employee helping me to buy a different series $500 more due to them “not having it instore”. I sat in the parking lot, called the store and they confirmed they had 4 instore of the exact model i had asked for. If pushing for a bigger sale is the only thing they try to achieve, they lost my $1000 plus purchase over it. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I live an hour away and was only two days over the return window and I had to pay $50 for a longer return window. They held our refund hostage! I am so sick of these corporations with their greed and refusal to accommodate situations at all anymore. I remember when return windows were FREE. Nordstrom’s used to return anything from anywhere anytime. How far you all have fallen. Shame. Shame.
