I was recently in Best buy to purchase a gaming pc using cash. The sales associate conned me into signing up for a credit card stating I would save 15% and receive $513 back. I asked multiple times if the saving would get put onto my debit card and he reassured me it would. I found out a week later my credit went down and I'll be getting a gift certificate of $200 to spend only in this store. Haven't I spent enough in this store (2612.70)?!? Lying is NOT good business!!

This is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard of. They do not accept incoming phone calls what so ever how are you suppose to get answers when your at work and cannot literally come into the store. Like this is ridiculous I truly hope tons of people report this and bye bye best buy will not ever go into another best buy when they can't take phone calls give me a damn break.
