After having my Best Buy total membership for several years and purchasing somewhere around $14,000 in products and never taking anything back until today. My $160 43 inch TV for some reason is not covered. When they sell you the total membership they tell you it covers everything then you finally have an issue and you’re stuck. What’s the point of having the total? Yes they tell you it gives you two years, but you get a manufacturers warranty for most of these things anyways, the total was the extra protection above and beyond at least that’s what I thought. I’ve purchased from here when it was cheaper elsewhere because I thought I was getting extra coverage. I will not be renewing my membership.

I ordered a tv not realizing it was an in store pick up. I'm on an oxygen machine, so I called to see if they could bring it out to the curbside pickup. The man on the phone said no, that I had to come in to get it. What happened to customer service? The last time that I buy from them.
