How do I check product availability at the Saginaw Best Buy?

I made an appointment online for the geek squad, and when I showed up my appointment was not there and they were triple booked for my time slot.
Other issues have been the delivery service. I bought 4 appliances at the store. It was scheduled with 2 different vendors for delivery. It was a nightmare trying to reschedule the delivery. Yesterday they showed up with part of it....not scheduled and the stove was broken. No one has reached out yet. Hopefully that will be rectified
