The greeter was awesome. It happened to be Pokemon day though. The cashier was feeling overwhelmed as she was the only one and had a constant line.

My son and I went to the one in Saginaw. Respectful and friendly helpers and even though we didn't leave with anythings, we did buy and receive our order 2 days later like the guy who helped us said.

The staff at this store are lazy, rude and unhelpful. I purchased a smart tv online that was open box and when it arrived the tv arrived in 2 different boxes taped together not even fully closed. There was no safety packaging inside at all and I honestly don’t know how the screen was not broken when it arrived.
Second time I purchased an open box laptop and it crashed 22 times within less than a month. I called them yesterday was told they would call me back never did. I went up there today and the store manager says we didn’t call yesterday, doesn’t show in systems ok whatever, try to get help with my laptop they don’t have the same one in stock and now want me to pay $1700 for the same computer I bought for $1000.
We are sent over to the pc area by the manager and three employees just stand there and look at us until we approach them and explain what we are doing. They refused to price match the same laptop on their own website or any other for that matter. Plus make me wait 10 more days for shipping. This was absolutely ridiculous, you do not stand by our customers or your products.
We ended up getting angry, and demanded a refund. I will never shop best buy again. Save the hassle and literally buy from anyone else.
