I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent purchase and in-store experience. I placed an order for an open-box all-in-one computer via the app, confirming its condition and included accessories with a phone call prior to pickup. Despite assurances, the item was missing the power cord upon arrival, necessitating an unplanned purchase of a replacement for $60. This occurred after a one-hour drive to the store. Furthermore, I was informed that the store had received a communication from corporate regarding my order, yet I did not receive a call before my scheduled pickup. Subsequent attempts to address these issues over the phone resulted in being disconnected. I intend to return the purchased power cord and will be seeking an alternative solution elsewhere.

Website stated there were 2 of the items I wanted to buy in the store. Drive 1.25 hours to find out they never had the items. The Staff were very kind and helpful but unfortunately they had no ability to correct corporate web site errors. Left empty handed and ordered item from Amazon for $30 less.
