A BIG Fat 0 if I could!! Had my shipping address wrong! And I kept telling them that, they never fixed it! I had to drive two hours one way and sit in my old apartment complex for 3 hours for my 799.00 cell phone because of incompetent people, either can't understand them or they don't know their jobs period!! My advice don't!! Also if you try to call the store you cannot speak to an actual person and when you do they live in India or some other foreign countries and ya can't understand em! Good luck getting any customer support!! Again just don't!! Closed my account with them after almost 10 years!!! Worst customer experience I have ever had! And Best Buy don't tell me to contact you, I wasted enough time in just my phone issue like 9 hours for it to still go to an address 3 hours away!! Already deleted my account and closed it!!! People watch it, customer service here is abhorrent
