I love Best Buy and this pains me to give a low score. I stopped in today (only second time at this location) because I was looking for something and after walking around for 20 minutes I left without talking to anyone but the door greeter/security guy. The reason, all the best buy employees were too busy talking to one another to help a customer. I noticed another guy who appeared to need help and seemed very frustrated also. The only "free" employees were in the phone department, and I've never gotten any help from them outside of the phone department, no matter the store.
I'd avoid the Saginaw location and go down to the flint store. The employees were much more helpful when I was there last week.

Geek squad was great
I had to make some returns today at the Saginaw location. The young people there are always so pleasant and professional. I enjoy going to this location and of course my GEEK Squad is from this center, and I love them so much.
