Great store and great staff!
Don't buy shit from here. $100 diagnostic fee even if under warranty. Rude staff in geek squad. And no actually way to resolve issues!
Placed an order for over 3k, needed these supplies. Asked to make a small inquiry change for who picked it up as the original person intended was sick. Phone support was happier to cancel my order and inconvenience me then help me change the designated person picking up my order. Really goes to show corporate policy is dumber then common sense business.
April 8th I went into the Saginaw, MI Best Buy to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB. Five employees stood around staring at me several times, one employee walked by and continued to walk by as I asked for help. The store was NOT busy AT ALL. I was ignored, and then denied help when an employee said, “they don’t work in that area, but someone will be over”. No one came over to help. Unprofessional. Rude. Best Buy must not want business. I ended up ordering my Samsung online through Samsung and shared the experience with them.
