Me and my fiancé came in to make a Switch 2 purchase for my birthday. We came in and Shawn greeted us at the door and pointed us in the right direction. We took a minute to look at some items but when we came to check out she was ready for us. She was very friendly and informative to help us get the best bang for our buck. I want to say thank you for helping us! Thank you!
Would be zero stars if that was an option. Zero help!!!! Will never be back and will tell everyone I know to NOT go here

It was fine, not bad not fantastic. It's not anything like I remember best buy being 15 years ago. Store felt pretty bare. We only went in because we had a gift card to use, without that we would have went somewhere else.
