I had an amazing experience at Best Buy today! KC, the manager, was so sweet and accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. Lonnie, the tech specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable and impressed me with how much he knew. Keia was super friendly and efficient at checkout. The entire team made the process easy and stress-free. Great customer service all around!
I stood there for 20 minutes while the security guy asked on the radio for someone to help me. He had to ask three times.
Just order online.

I had a terrible experience when I tried to trade in my device. They were completely unresponsive to my concerns and simply followed their procedures without any regard for my needs.
I was very impressed. As I wandered around I had at least five people ask me if I needed assistance. I was already working with someone who was getting what I ordered. It was just nice to be noticed. So many times. You go into stores and everyone ignores you. But not at this Best Buy.
