I came in a Best buy to get a new phone I was blessed with having Brent as my sales associate he was very very knowledgeable and very patient as well he was able to help me find the perfect phone. 10 out of 10 highly recommend ask for Brent when you go in. Best buy you need to give this guy a raise and a promotion 😎😎💪

While I had a great experience with most of the employees, I fear that the first person that helped me railroaded me into resetting my tablet without listening when I asked to see someone about transferring my data before the reset. I did a "transfer before the reset" on several tablets before the iPad mini I had just bought today, so now im struggling to recover the data I did have on my own due to the earlier railroading. I wish she would have explained to me if they still did transfers instead of just making me reset my original tablet when I didn't ask for just a reset and exchange.
I'm aware that my data deletion is completely on me, but the customer service felt lacking due to not being listened to initially. I'll be heading to a different Best Buy in the future even if it is a more cumbersome drive so I hopefully don't run into this issue in the future.
