The customer service here is terrible. How do the 3 people I talked to not know it they have pokemon cards. After a long meaningless search because im told there is. I decided to look for the go pro gear I need. "Its somewhere over there" i was told. Figure it out you guys. If your store sells a hot commodity maybe you should make sure your employees are up to date.

Overall a great place with friendly staff and good techs. Only issue is trying to navigate through the phone prompts to speak to someone. And the software to purchase and pay for a membership need some tuning up !

Byrce was so helpful & answered all my question. Didn't make me feel rushed but took his time explaining every detail. I would highly recommend the Southfield location #404. You won't be disappointed.
