Employees here have such massive attitudes especially the manager. "Sharice" and most of the staff have this aggressive / unwilling to help attitude. I bought AirPod max open box in "excellent condition" and they were still connected to someone else's find my.
After spending 30 min in the store, 30 min in my car trying to fix the problem. I finally go back in and spend another half hour waiting for them to solve the issue or at least offer some sort of apology for selling me a faulty product. Out comes "Sharice" asking me why I’m surprised and speaking to me as if I should keep a faulty pair of headphones that I spent $500 on! What? No apology? No sorry for inconveniencing you? No sorry for wasting hours of your time? Nope instead when I began expressing to her how employees should handle situations and speak respectfully to customer she decides to threaten to trespass me. That's right Best Buy. This is the manager running your Southfield location. An angry and aggressive no customer service having “manager”. Even before the issue her and the other employees were so rude when I came in to buy the headphones. Because of this one experience I'll never support Best Buy again. No thanks. You can't threaten to "trespass" customers when they’re waiting for a refund and criticizing your establishment. Closed my Best Buy credit card and me and my family are never dealing with them again. None of their locations or online.

Best Buy is great. However over the last 5 years of continuously going to the same Best Buy I am getting more and more service members that don’t want to help or want to listen to you. when you have problems with getting data from Best Buy app to share with the cashier. When you have bought the product there But they won’t take it back since they can not find the serial number on the device you bought there. Made my rating go down 2 stars. I pay for Best Buy total membership, and don’t really get any advantage to use it. Bad store policies and staff.
