Came in today looking for a monitor needed one for my new
PC A young lady helped me out didn't recall her name She quoted me a price on a LG went to pay for it and the price was higher than I was quoted
She was WAY OFF on the price
Needed the monitor so I got it
Salesperson needs to DOUBLE CHECK the price next time
The customer may not be so easygoing next time

Very disappointed with the Southfield Best Buy. I attempted to return software 15 days after the purchase from another Best Buy Auburn Hills). Best Buy of Southfield refused to take it back stating no returns on software? I then drove out to the Auburn Hills and they accepted it without an issue.
