PURCHASED 6/13/25 - 1 out of 5 (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!) I purchased a Samsung 50 inch TV. The TV had some audio issues, so I brought it back to the store to exchange it. After some back and forth, they finally exchanged it for the same model, which was acceptable. I took that TV home and when I took it out of the box, the screen was cracked. I brought it back up to the store the next day and they would not exchange it for another TV or process a refund. The Manager ZACH said because the TV was "physically damaged", they wouldn't do anything. He was very smug and unsimpathetic. I have never had a situation where I purchased a defective item less then 24 hours ago and the store would not take it back. Buyer Beware, I am out $350.. UPDATE - 6/18/25 - 5 out of 5 (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!) I reached out to Best Buy Customer Service via Twitter on 6/14/25, and was messaging with a person named Ezra. I provided all of the information and they were going to look into it and get back to me. I heard back today and they said to go back up to the store and they would exchange the TV for another one. I met with the Manager BRYCE and he was great, a lot better then the previous Manager I dealt with. I opened the TV at the store, to make sure it was not damaged. I just got home and set it up, everything is fine. Mixed reviews on this whole situation..

Botched the midnight release for Switch 2. Could not for the life of me figure out why it took so long in line. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.
