Not a great customer service, the staff made me wait for over 45 minutes to find an item that I placed online for pick. After waiting the 45 minutes customer service stated to leave and come back later. The staff were not willing to look the item at a different location. Do

I had to go today to the best buy in southfield, michigan, to reschedule an appointment, wish they missed to install something in my home. The cashier was nasty, she went and got the manager, and she was equally as nasty rue and short. When I start asking to see the store manager, they say she is a manager. We need to stop blaming the company for things cause sometime.It is the staff that works in these businesses that destroys it for everyone. It should also be noted. Best Buy farms out and contract installers, which is not safe. But that's not told to the customers. When I asked another gentleman about it here, he talked in circles. It is unprofessional, not to give people the whole gamut.Of the situation. I looked at some of the complaints and i'm not the only one that has made complaints about the attitudes of the staff at the southfield michigan location.I encourage management to empower the people to do better.
