WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
I purchased a Samsung 50 inch TV yesterday. The TV had some audio issues, so I brought it back to the store to exchange it. After some back and forth, they finally exchanged it for the same model, which was acceptable. I took that TV home and when I took it out of the box, the screen was cracked. I brought it back up to the store this monring and they would not exchange it or provide a refund becuase the TV was "physically damaged". I have never had a situation where I purchased a defective item less then 24 hours ago and the store would not take it back.
The manager was absolutely useless! He basically told me to call customer service. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and they were going to set up a pick up at my house for the TV, but then at the end of call they said they could not do that and I would have to take it back to the store. I was at the store when I called.
If that is how they treat loyal customers, then I will never purchase anything again from Best Buy. Buyer Beware, I am out $350..
Botched the midnight release for Switch 2. Could not for the life of me figure out why it took so long in line. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.
Nico was very helpful with what I needed great hospitality and customer service will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this location.
