Came in on Monday, 5/11/26. Store was relatively empty. Grabbed an iPhone case, seemed like I got the last one on the shelf. I went to open it to look at it, in store, and realized it was sealed so I took it up to the checkout and paid. Got home, and while the packaging was sealed, the case I purchased had somehow been removed from the packaging.
Unfortunately, I live 1200 miles away from this store, and I have have tried reaching out to Best Buy customer service, and they've told me there's nothing I can do since I made the purchase in store. Best Buy stores also no longer have direct phone numbers, I'm stuck waiting for someone to call me back and I have 0 recourse.

Today was the best experience I have had at at any computer store. They (Lonnie, John, Blade, and Darius) gave my mom who is a senior a very customer friendly experience.
I have multiple IT certifications and worked for the International Monetary Fund providing tech support. I also have held security clearances. You will rarely find this level of customer service.

This location is nearly useless because the employees make it that way. I did not know much about ups systems when I bought one from here and they were unhelpful in deciding what kind I need. I just bought a 1500 watt ups system which is really 900 running watts. I needed at least 2500 running watts for or my pc and monitors at least.
This is my go to Best Buy. Emily and Blade in the Geek Squad department were very helpful with my phone and laptop issue. I was out of storage on my phone and Google cloud because I have/had soooo many photos on them. I was given step by step instructions on how to transfer them to my laptop photo and camera folder in order to delete them from my phone and Google Cloud to free up space and storage. Technology can be intimidating and overwhelming but Emily and Blade were able to help erase my frustration and stress. I even suggested to blade that he should start a You Tube channel on tech for beginners. What do you need to know? I believe Emily and Blade just might have an answer or solution for you. I highly recommend going here.
