I’ve visited both the Dearborn and Westland branches, and the service there was excellent — the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. The employees did not seem to understand how to use the system, management was not helpful, and there wasn’t even a basic level of courtesy — not even a smile. It felt like they were just trying to rush me out as quickly as possible.
Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience, and this will be my first and last visit to this branch.

Best Buy is a reliable place for electronics and tech essentials. The store is well organized, and it’s easy to browse TVs, appliances, and accessories in person instead of guessing online. Staff availability can vary depending on how busy it is, but overall it’s a convenient stop when you want to see products up close or pick something up the same day.

Geek Squad Mr. TYLER AND his supervisor are disrespectful. Mr. Tyler told me he was doing me a favor by talking to him. I reported him to his supervisor. I went to back to shop for new lap top, next thing I know, there is store security following me, and Mr. Tyler's supervisor had left geek squad area came to back of store where laptops are sold and began recording me on his self phone. I reported to store management and had him pull store security footage for follow up.
Great products and customer service.
