Bought a cable there but they gave me the wrong one so I had to take it back.
They allowed someone to open a Best Buy credit card in my name and make a substantial purchase without properly verifying their identity or asking for a drivers license. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security measures in place and the failure to protect customers from identity theft.

I've been going to this location and buying all my electronics from here for years now. I came in the store yesterday with my PS5 that I'm having issues with, and while I didn't get the end result that I wanted, one of the managers, Ronald, and another store employee at checkout, whose name I can't remember (Keia or Kela, maybe? Sorry!!), both went above and beyond to try helping resolve the issue. They were very kind and friendly, and I'm grateful for their effort, because I don't think most people would have cared as much as they did. Thank you both!!
The employee that helped me with my questions for a high-priced gift item I was purchasing was very helpful and patient. Very good experience.
