TERRIBLE DISPOSITIONS! BILL A SALESMAN WAS PARTICULARLY DISMISSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND ARROGANT! HE WISHED HE WOULD NEVER SEE US IN THE STORE IN THE FUTURE! HAD TO HAVE SEVERAL MANAGERS ASSIST! THE GEEK SQUAD WAS NOT AS EFFICIENT AS CLAIMED! NEVER GOING BACK TO THE WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!

This place is shady. Ive never been to this store before yet somehow somebody was allowed to lookup and use my credit card for a very large in store purchase. No id was obviously verified since I have never been here before. Cant get a hold of anyone in store naturally

Earlier than expected🙏❤️🙏 Our timeframe was between 8am - noon Brother Cleveland called at 9:13am and said they were otw It's now 10:13am and our stove is installed Brother Cleveland and his son Davon delivered our stove today and they were so respectful and gentle Very knowledgeable and polite Best Buy you have a gem in this father and son duo Mad respect and thank you again for our timely delivery
