Did an online order. 2 things. One part of the order worked smoothly. The other part not at all. It was scheduled to be picked up at dearborn michigan seems fine. However, I was picking up from southfield michigan. The cashier tried to help me and switch it to southfield, and he did but it chargerd my card a second time. Then they had me wait an hour so the order could go through there system. But guess what. Never went through the system. So I couldn't pick up my item. Note I live 40 minutes away from the store. Then to add insult to injury, the product was sitting right on the top shelf behind the pick up station. Needless to say after being at best buy for an hour and 45 minutes, I left without my full order. I'll never shop there again. Target never gets it wrong like that. Or charges me twice. It was an epic fail. Screw best buy. 0 🌟

Service terrible the manager nico has no sense of urgency for customers i was extremely frustrated and didn’t even want to buy my product anymore. It shouldn’t take u 45 minutes to go and grab a box out a cage. Manager Nico is HORRIBLE!!!

All the playstation controllers etc are behind check out! The cashier was terrible, telling me how expensive the products are.
