This gives the best service in the world!
I had the worst experience ever at this store all because of an employee whose name tag read [Twin]. He was rude, not knowledgeable of the Bose Speaker that I was wanting to purchase, and he lacked all the qualities that I am accustomed to at the Southfield MI Store on Telegraph Rd! If it was not for the woman manager that intervened and took over the sale , I would have left and NEVER RETURNED. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. She understood me as a customer and definitely saved Best Buy a valued customer...me. Plus, my wife loved the surprised "Sandstone" BOSE speaker that I was there to purchase.

Having a hard time getting an order delivered to me which I paid for in store. The first delivery was scheduled between 11AM-3PM. I get a call from the delivery person at 5:10 PM saying they’ll get to my place in 40 minutes. I get a call back after 10 mins that the associate at the store says the order was not able to get the items scanned out for delivery and said the order was cancelled. After multiple attempts to try and call the store which is 35-40 miles away from where I am, I always get connected to Best Buy customer service which is hardly of any use. They always ask for a 24 hour wait time for a call back from the store which I never got until today. I drove to the store the same day to get clarity on what was happening. The manager at the store was helpful and told me that they’d get it resolved by yesterday and would call me and let me know the status and took my number and gave it to the associate that was working on this issue with the delivery person and also gave his email and the other associate’s email mentioning that it’s the best way to reach them. I tried emailed 3 times since yesterday and got no response to my emails not got a call back. I called customer service again today evening and asked for the store manager’s number or for a call back or I would escalate this. I finally got a call back today and was told the next delivery and installation they can do is after 11 days from now. This is unacceptable, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a retail. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this store or at Best Buy. They keep loosing their reputation with these incidents happening more often. I hope they’ll get this resolved and deliver it sooner.
