Buyers Beware!! Best Buy has lost a business for life. I have bought appliances and electronics from them for years. Their two week return policy is ridiculous. The $40 product was unopened, Best Buy branded and they would not accept the return. Hope it was worth it. What horrible customer satisfaction policy. Good luck surviving! No wonder why they are doing so poorly as a company. Consumers have choices. And my purchasing power will go elsewhere.

Tried to purchase a laptop computer and the staff wouldn't let us demo it before purchase, when pointing out the fact it's BS they kicked me out of the store....lost that sale
