Was set here by Apple drove 4 1/2 hours to get here after making an appointment just for them to tell me that they can’t get to it for another two days absolutely horrible communication definitely do not recommend going there for any sort of repairs

I'd like to say this first my product was replaced and my money was given back. Let's start with the fact that my switch broke at about 2am the night before so we shopped around and found something at best buy and was told "its the last OLED switch in-stock and he's surprised it hasn't sold" in fact what i was told was that I would be purchasing a brand new unopened switch but it had been returned earlier that day....suspicious already then I get home and I'll leave the pictures down below but the switch was not only opened and used but also completely broken and wouldn't even charge. My situation was resolved the point of this review is to let others know that my experience was beyond shady especially at a place full of expensive electronics.

I love best buy. But I will say trying to call the store and get through to a real person is such a hassle, apparently they dont transfer you to geek squad though they are in their store. I couldn't find the number called got hung up on and then told they won't transfer. Just never call? Go in person.
