I bought a standing desk from Best Buy. Put it together and it was defective, the screws wouldn't even hold into the desktop board, it fell apart. Next it would not collapse. I completed a return request online, printed the bar code and per the instructions, took it to the Utica store to return it. We brought in the original large box with some of the parts and the large desk part that wouldn't fit in the box. The clerk scanned the bar code but the code was for the wrong item! They would not help me collapse the desk or return it and said we needed to haul it all back home and call Best Buy and the manufacturer to return it. We left it all there at the store and never got a refund. I'm also a Best Buy Reward Member, so that was useless too. Very disappointed that they would sell me a pile of junk and not help me get my refund! I'll never make that mistake again!

Worst best buy ever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE! I had a 100 dollar off coupon for a OLED LG tv and they told me it was for a different tv model when it specifically said it was for that tv! and they would not honor it! ALSO They told me if i paid 10 dollars for the instillation of my privacy screen protector it would be a free installation from here on out by any best buy, come to find out they lied at this store. Now for the install I would need to pay $8, which is not a large amount but going from 0 to 8 is a big jump. HORRIBLE PEOPLE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE DO NOT COME HERE.
