Customer service was extremely rude, and refused to let me speak to a manager. Find a new Best Buy, or save the trouble and go to Costco.
Outstanding service. In and out within 5 minutes. And item i bought was even taken out to my car for me.

My boys at the checkout push the total tech blah blah way too hard. After spending $5,000~ inside of 2 months, and buying their BS tech thing, they want you to upgrade again! You should be allowed to sign into your new device before they take your old one… like Apple does. Don’t buy into it. Go directly to Apple like I did. APPLE DOES IT FOR YOU FOR FREEEE! Spend the money on Apple+ before this Total tech super plus nonsense. Oh and we spoke with one of the supervisors before they lost that $1,500 sale. No bueno. Apple guy was cool though!

I will review their service. Can't review anything else. Went there to buy a Nintendo switch 2 and stood at the consoles for 13 minutes. Employees walked by I would look at them and nobody would even look at me. If I was standing there that long wouldn't someone notice? I just left. Not hunting down and employee.
