that bald manager whatever his name is tom or idk what it is he is the worst manager i have ever met in my entire life whatever i had issues he will find a way to say no we cant do that i go to bestbuy Madison heights right away my issue resolved if you cant help people just quit your job don't find things to make it impossible to do

Came in for a Fitbit, it was cheaper at Walmart by 7 dollars. As a total rewards member and credit card holder, I prefer Best Buy. Went in for a price matched, as a Walmart nearby had one in stock. Simple price match. The associate checking me out grabbed my phone and took it out of my cart, making it harder to price match. Then the manager, Tom, comes, and says it’s not available, he can’t find it in stock. My phone clearly says it’s in stock. He says he can’t accept that. His condescending and passive aggressive attitude made it worth more than 7 dollars to go to the next nearest Best Buy, whose manager magically could find it in stock at Walmart.

I was greeted by Jess as soon as I walked in, and she made me feel welcome from the start. Mickey was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
