I had a samsung device issue. This store went WAY over and beyond my expectation. Maxine, Sitti, and many others gave me the absolute most attention I have ever experienced. Should you ever need the Geek Squad look up and visit the Utica Best Buy they are a busy team. And they are a team.
Just like all of the other bestbuys I been to.
Went into the Utica store at 10:45 this morning and there were about 10 customers milling around because no one was on the floor. I asked a lady stocking shelves (not a blue shirt) if anyone was working today. Her response was that people would be coming in in about an hour. There were people at the cell phone counter, but nobody working the floor.
