The five stars are for JULIA...not so sure what I would give the other 5 associates I encountered today. Went into the store with an old ipod touch filled with music that i've been unable to get to work in my new car due to difference in bluetooth capabilities. The initial people I talked to really pretty much laughed at me (especially one guy who literally laughed at me because of the age of the item, and one girl who dismissed me as it couldn't be done and I hope both of them read this review) but I was determined to get it to work since I didn't want to download all that music on my phone. They suggested I talk to the Geek Squad I believe in an effort to get rid of me. Well, I did just that and JULIA helped me get it working! She went out of her way to ask another associate and then offered me two options to try. I tried both and the second one was a success. If only every associate was like JULIA! I have tried multiple times to reach her by phone but have found calling the store is also a futile task. Hopefully Julia will see this...and Julia's boss will see this. I want her to know how thankful I am for her help. Thank you so very much!

The price at checkout did not match the price displayed on the tag. When I brought this to the employee’s attention he claimed the item was a different model even though it was clearly the same one. After I showed him it was the same he was dismissive and rude rather than helping resolve the issue. This was a disappointing experience and I will not be shopping there again.

I remember when this store first opened, it's so much bigger now. They've definitely kept up with the technology. They didn't have every single thing I wanted but they had options. Highly recommend! Great service too.

Some of the best service I’ve ever seen. I came in with my computer hoping to get it looked at. Not only was the guy who was helping me so kind and so helpful he was able to avert the crisis I was having and fixed my computer. The depth of knowledge and experience these guys at the geek squad have is un matched. I would recommend anyone who has computer issues to go to this locations Geek squad. You made my entire day and year by being so helpful and supportive. A 10 out of 10 experience and I will be coming back if I ever need anything else done with my electronics. If you have electronics that need fixing these are the guys to go to. Thank you for such excellent customer service and quality and quick response times.
