I want to give a shout out to The geek squad and the manager Jaime. I bought the laptop protection the Total protection or something like that thinking that it was going to extend my computers warranty for another year after the warranty had failed. I thought it covered hardware issues, but it did not. But I purchased it with the idea in mind that it did. Sometime ago I brought my computer in and it needed a fan, which I bought from Amazon it was going to install it myself, but upon inspection I said I better leave this to a professional. So I brought my laptop to Best buy and ask them how much would it charge to install the fan, to which they said well we can install it for you and if you get the service we'll install it for free and anything else you need done for the rest of the year! I said sold! So like going on after they installed it things were good until they weren't because my computer started overheating again. Color me surprised when I take my computer back to Best buy within the year only to find out that the service I purchased was for really software. So that was a little upset. But I did tell the manager Jaime of my predicament. She worked with me, in worked out something with the other managers and was able to get me a two-year protection plan for my laptop for my troubles for which I am very thankful. So thank you geek squad, thank you Jaime, and thank you to the rest of management at Best buy for taking care of your customer. Sincerely Louis.

Smells like cheeks in the store
I was trying to get an employee help me with purchasing a Samsung bespoke all in one washer/dryer and ended up going to the front of the store to ask for assistance. They paved the associate, and she still never showed up. I've never gotten stellar service here, but never no service at all. I ended up leaving and looking at home depot for my needs.
