They have a new AI phone system that understood nothing that I said to it. I simply wanted to know if a particular item was at a particular store. You might as well shut down your phone line completely if its going to be that useless from now on. Also I tried hitting zero for a human and that doesn't seem to be an option anymore. At the very least, you need a HITL (human in the loop).

Got a PC and washing machine from here recently,pretty smooth process and was able to get both items on sale.
The layout is frustrating. Employees are more focused on personal conversations than assisting customers. Things shown in stock online are not found on the shelf where they are supposed to be.
Nice clean facility. Checkout is fast and in the rare instances, I need to return something I've purchased. There's never been an issue as I've had with many other stores. Customers have the option of creating an account. We're, you can shop online. Daily deals, bonuses and it stores your store receipts from your purchases. So comma in the rare instances, i've had to return an item, make an exchange or return the item for a full refund, the option of having maybe store receipts available.
In my account where the sales clerk can locate quicker than I can pull out. My paper one is definitely a plus especially
In the even rarer instances, I can even locate it! So if you're in here in the area and hunting for some sort of electronics, televisions, or something to do with a phone... definitely worth trying. .
