Asked what I thought was a simple question about USB security keys
Was told I should talk to geek squad
Geek squad may not have been overtly rude, but they were not helpful or accommodating to anyone in line
One woman was scheduled for 3:20 and noone even spoke to her until 334, meanwhile the one guy at the counter was just talking to a customer, not working on the computer, then he left as soon as he was done shooting the breeze

My wife and I came in to look at laptops/tablets and a guy named Avery assisted us. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Please make sure he knows that hes amazing!
