Waited in line where it says online order pickup. When I get to the counter the cashier is mad at me that I’m in the wrong line. She was just rude for no reason, as if I’m supposed to know to wait elsewhere. Updating signs in the store would be a simple solution. The employees at the other counter were nice but still overall not a good experience.

I went in yesterday to get my macbook looked at by the geek squad the line was so long there wasn’t a point in waiting so i spoke with a best buy employee about my problems with my laptop and he suggested we made an appointment with the geek squad he helped make our appointment for the next day. we walk in there’s only 1 person working we had an appointment at 1 didn’t get helped or even talked to for awhile then he tells me he can’t even work on my macbook at all! terrible service on both ends of the employees
