Immediate customer service, easy to complete online order, and the assistance with loading my car was appreciated.
Cisco just helped me and my dad buy a GPS 10/10 customer service from him he was awesome and did a great job.
The following is a perfect example as to why people no longer like going to your big box stores…

I waited 20 minutes to have a warranty replacement screen protector installed and the line never moved.
After my wait, and not having my screen protector installed, I walked up to the cashier and waited in line again for a refund on the installation fee.
You pay your employees just enough. You don’t train them in how to provide actual services that would create more repeat customers and then wonder why sales/traffic are down.

Me and my mother came to this location today and let me tell you, Dave M was absolutely amazing to us and delivered superb customer service. He answered all of our questions clearly and concisely and because of his great service this is the only location that I will be returning to. 10/10 customer service.
