I've never had to write a negative review before.
I bought a 50" Samsung TV (open box, excellent condition) less than a month ago. I've only ever used the TV from straight on, and this weekend I had a friend pointed out to me that the screen is broken (someone with long arms must've tried pulling it out of the box, and it's broken and rippled at the bottom - can only be seen when you're standing or off to the side). I called in to this store (where I bought it) to help me, and after a several hours on hold and two dropped phone call, I finally got ahold of someone. Since I was a few days past the 15 day return period, they sent me to talk to Samsung to see if the warranty would cover it.
The $250 tv (after sitting on the phone for an hour with Samsung) would cost me $350 to fix. I called back to this outlet store, and was on hold for over an hour, and when I talked to yet another person, they assured me the manager would call me back. It's been two days, and no one has called me back. I called the geek squad (which someone at the outlet had suggested to me), and even though I used the geek squad phone number from the best buy site, it took me to another department and I was on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally helped me, he talked over me almost the whole call and then hung up on me.
I have spent over 5 hours on the phone since this weekend trying to resolve this. Now I have a tv that it'll be cheaper to pay to throw in the garbage and buy an actually excellent condition (new) tv.
I know $250 isn't a lot of money to some people, but this is pretty devastating to many folks who save up for purchases like this.
Do not shop here. They don't care about their customers, they just want to make money. They have no problem wasting hours of your time over several days, and sending you on wild goose hunts.

Neat place!! Totally a place to remember and put into your roladex if looking for high end appliances on a budget- refrigerators, ranges, mircowaves- etc etc , etc. Worthy of the drive. Wish there was another location south of twin cities.
Great deals scratch and dent appliances.
